Alan has done work with us on our rental home. He installed GFCI throughout the house. He located and repaired defective wiring hidden in the walls from 1962.He has excellent communication skills , and worked with a high degree of professionalism with the Tenants that made going access difficult.He kept us informed of all issues found and performed his work completing all work within budget.I would recommend Alan to anyone who needs an honest electrician, doing work to current codes.Alan also did a complete electrical panel replacement for us. He coordinated the work with City Planning and PG&E to provide a seamless transition from the old panel to the new.

Cant say enough positive things about Alan and ECS. We purchased a condo that needed a total rewire including installation of all the new lighting fixtures. Alan was not only very knowledgeable and a very conscientious electrician he was also just a pleasure to have on our job site. He never complained, was always here when he said he would be, stayed to the finish and always kept his work spaces very organized. The inspector said he never sees such a perfect install like Alan did on our new electrical box. He was very impressed! As was everyone who had the pleasure to witness his work and ethics. Highly recommend ECS and Alan for any of your electrical needs. We love all the work he did for us. And you will too!!
