    Just got a new water heater installed by Felix today, if theres any problems I dont know yet. The only concern was that he was going to set the drip pan while seeing that the floor was soaking wet, also not sweeping or removing any existing debris in the space. The floor would have never dried if I wasnt here to catch it and create an air gap first. Aside from that he did a good job from what I can see.!

    A1 Phoenix plumbing services arrive at my home one hour and 30 minutes earlier than expected. Felix was the contractor he called me when I was out and I asked him to standby. He agreed when I arrived home, he went right to work replacing my old water heater for my new water heater. The service was great and Felix The contractor was professional. It made me a very happy person. A1 Phoenix plumbing Service provides customer service and work with the customer to solve any situation if it’s possible.

    On 10 November Edgar Cruz was dispatched by my A1 Phoenix Plumbing to repair a toilet issue that caused considerable damage to my home several weeks ago. He initially was sent out to repair the issue however the problem was more extensive than realized. He came out today and found three separate problems that contributed to the flood. He repaired each in kind ensuring my satisfaction, showing each problem and the repair. If A1 sends Edgar to your residence know you are in good hands.

    Edgar, came by promptly to assist with a bursted water pipe in my grandpas ceiling. It was something we faced recently so we were somewhat aware of what was going on and was able to communicate that to Edgar which he swiftly jumped into action and found the new leak. He detected some soft spots that looked like they could possibly be the next to go so he let us know he was able to cut and replace that portion of pipe to prevent any future troubles. Clean up was perfect and they even covered the hole in the ceiling to prevent unwanted draughts until we are able to get it redone. Thanks again guys!

They brought a team of construction workers to my house after I had experienced water damage from my bathroom pipes. It was headed by Juan the supervisor of A1 Plumbing and Luis, was the head man for construction and remodeling. My house looks amazing. Everything was new. Floor panels, bathrooms bedrooms, lights and paint. Kitchen counter and kitchen sink with back splash. They were fast, efficient and professional. They do it all. I called A1 Phoenix and explained that this was an emergency, and the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and was able to get me a same day appointment. Geraldo came out to diagnose the problem and quickly filed the paperwork with the home warranty company. This enabled everything to move fast and get my repair appointment the next day. Felix and Oscar came out the next day, ahead of the appointment time and worked the whole day to finish my project. They were all very professional and friendly. He explained that the unit could not be repaired due to how old (25yrs) it was. He sent Felix the next day and within 4hrs he replaced my water heater with a new one.
