    Our heat went out just when it started to get cold. We called and they were very friendly and courteous. Within 20 minutes, they were here at my house in cherokee, figuring out what was wrong and fixing the issues.Our holiday has been saved! Thank you CDL for the prompt service. The technician Matt was very professional and had the unit up and running in no time!

    The installers did an excellent job. They knew what they were doing with no guess work. It took about four hours from start to finish and that included trenching 70 feet of ditch for the wiring in my application.     Could not be more complementary of CDL. Their technician came 9-6-23 and was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job at installing our 50 amp electric hookup for an outside plug in for our airstream when stored. The company is always responsive, reliable, and come out quickly.

    I had called our regular A/C company on the weekend for a repair. This guy took ten minutes to look at the unit, and told us that we had to replace the inside and outside units. $6,000.00 ! Are you kidding ?!? So, I called CDL to see what they had to say. The technician arrived quickly, and had us up and running within fifteen minutes! Awesome job !! Definitely use this great company !!!! Technician was very courteous, professional, and honest. Went above and beyond to actually show and explain to us what was wrong. 🥶 Now our house is running ice cold. Thanks so much!! You have a new life long customer. 😁

    When I decided that I needed to install a security system, I was very nervous and wary of what company I would use, until I talked to one of my really good friends. He told me that there was no reason to be stressed because I already had a great security system provider in town — CDL. Since day one with CDL, I have not been disappointed. Ive had so many questions and CDL was always there to answer them. In five years, Ive never had any issues with my security system. It gets its job done with an amazing price and customer service team on top of it. Im so glad I chose CDL and look forward to many more years of working with it.

    Service Technician was at my house one hour after I called the office. Work was completed within another hour. I have not received a invoice yet. I was very happy to get the furnace working. A course the weather warm up. No need for the furnce, YET.

    My sisters A/C and heating unit was old and on its last leg. She and her husband were not sure what to do with winter approaching quickly. CDL had always serviced their old unit, so she called them for an estimate. Before the cold weather hit, they had a new heating and cooling unit installed at an affordable price.     CDL Plumbing and Heating both came out within hours of calling on a Sunday afternoon during the freezing winter storm even though they were busy and backed up. William with the plumbing department fixed our frozen meter to get our water running again. I cannot thank them enough for responding to our call and coming out when they did!! I had just had surgery and brought a newborn home; they took a lot of stress and worry off me by fixing our no running water issue that day. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    After five years of using CDL Electrics security system, I have nothing but praise. CDLs services are affordable, efficient and very high in quality.On day one, the installation was very swift and smooth. CDL has always been there for me, and gets back to me with a quick solution any time I have concerns.     These guys do it all! From fixing storm sirens to fixing furnaces, CDL has someone working who can fix just about anything involving electricity or circuitry! I gave them four stars because I want them to be cheaper than they are, but to be far, Ive never felt over-charged, just...I want to feel under-charged! ☺

    Overall very pleased with the service. Telephone/email messages were always responded to in a very timely manner. Both plumbers seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions in a clear manner. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Attention was made to not making any kind of mess and cleaning up after their work. Both workers were polite and good natured. I enjoyed working with each, and would definitely contact them again if/when the need arises.
