    Mr. Lucas arrived with a positive attitude. He was informative of everything, making sure I had clarity of what he did. He also explained the condition of the unit and assuring me the seriousness of the matter and if I needed assistance with any questions or concerns. He left his card so I can talk with him personally. He changed the atmosphere from me feeling like I was being defeated from the first guy who came out, to feeling like a value customer.

    Dillon, our plumber guy, was super awesome. He was very kind and informative. 10 out of 10. Just an all around amazing human being. I hope his shoes never come untied, his pillow is always cool when he lays his head down and he wins on every scratch off lotto ticket he buys.However it was really hard to pay $317 for about 20 minutes of work. He replaced a faucet cartridge. It was already taken apart, he just pulled out the old one, greased the hole & put a new one we already had in. It hurt my feelings to slide my card for that. But Iā€™m glad I called because the information he provided was worth that extra $167. I thought this whole thing would only cost about $150 :-/I am now trying to convince my son to be a plumber. Apparently they get paid well lol

    Josef did an efficient, professional maintenance checkup on my furnace. Very friendly, polite and respected my home by wearing shoe covers and moved all furniture back into place when finished. Very pleased with this service call.

    Southern Air came out (Bryon) and gave me an estimate on an home generator. The experience was out standing. Bryon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly explained every aspect of the process, even giving me some background on the company as I was interested in their background and reliability. In the end I realized that the company and service reps are top notice. In the end I made the purchase and Bryon set everything up, outstanding. Would highly recommend this company, I also have them coming out on some plumbing issues as they provide that service to.

    We were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days of calling. The technician, called to let me know he was on his way within the timeframe I chose and completed the work quickly. Dylan also explained in detail what was going on with the leak. Great service from this company.

    I love how responsive Southern Air is. I had suspected that my heat wasnt functioning. When I got up it was 58 in the house. I called. Keith came in and checked out the system. And within 30 minutes we knew what the problem was. Keith offered to replace the thermostat. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

    When I called about needing a service call at 7 pm I was pleasantly surprised to hear a voice on the other line because our heater was out and it was calling for 20 degree weather. They lady was able to help fit us in that night. AMAZING!! Then the guys came, Mr. John and a trainee came to the rescue. Mr John was very friendly and helpful and the trainee was knowledgeable and had good communication skills. We have loved our Southern Air company since 10+ years when we purchased our HVAC from them. Thanks for keeping us up and running!

    The person that scheduled us was very friendly as well as the tech they sent out. Our tech Trace Nicholas was polite and knowledgable. He got right to work and resolved our plumbing issue within 10-15 minutes. He let us know his thoughts about the issue and what he felt may be necessary to keep it from happening again. He drew up a quote within minutes for further work which he explained everything to us in detail. Would definitely recommend this company!

    Great experience using Southern Air! They were able to come out to our house quickly, and they even texted us when the tech was on his way along with a picture of who was coming.     Mr Jake was very polite and friendly. He asked where my hot water heater was and I showed him. He is very up on what he does. He inspected all the pipes in the house. He checked under the house at my cubby hole and said everything looked good there. We talked for a little while after he finished and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He is a very great guy.     Marlon agreed to come out late on. Wednesday evening and fixing the issue just around 9pm. He had been at work since 6 in the morning and was as pleasant and courteous as if I were the first customer of the day.     Marlon was great, he came in assessed the problem. Explained it to me and did what he could to fix it. Unfortunately, other than the exposed wiring outside there was very little he could.     Very helpful that they are available in the late evenings, that seems like the times when ACs and plumbing issues happen. Lucas was our tech, this is his second time at our residence so he was already familiar with our unit. Very kind young man, and tall!, knew his stuff. Was able to diagnose our Fritzed AC and had the part that needed replacing in his inventory. He was able to help us renew our membership which helped us save on the bill. Very much appreciated all around! Thank you southern air for coming out in the later hours, and helping out a frazzled mama!

We appreciate him coming to service our home today.     Hunter was very helpful and provided as good of service as can be expected. He was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The 1 start deduction is purely due to the costs. The control board failed and the model costs around $70. The board replacement from southern air costs $800 but was discounted to $615 with a shield membership.

    Weve had Southern Air & Plumbing coffee out for AC/Heating and Plumbing maintenance multiple times over the years and every single time is been a great experience. They say when it comes to the trades it comes in three ways - cheap, fast, and high quality but you can only ever get two of those. While Southern may not be the cheapest theyre incredibly reasonably priced but theyre ALWAYS quick and the work is always high quality. I recommend them to everybody I know. Wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars!

Itā€™s easy to remain with a company that has friendly employees and employees that know their craft. I have used Southern Air for plumbing, hot water heater, and my heating/air system and continue to remain a satisfied customer.

    Dillon Hillman was great. He was professional, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner.I appreciate that this business sends out a text message with the plumbers information. I was also happy that he could fix the issue that one local plumbing company wasnt able to fix.The business also gives you a window of when the plumber will come. They show up during that timeframe instead of leaving it up in the air, like that second local plumbing company did.I would recommend this to my friends and maybe my coworkers. Just be aware that since the local plumbing competition is non-existent, the prices are very high.

    Both technicians were very very polite. I am grateful to have such dirty duct work cleaned. What I was not prepared for was the lingering mess. The one drop cloth was really filthy even with droppings from previous cleaning and not large enough to cover either couch. Had lots of clean up to do and sheets on one bed had to be washed.

The telephone operator was courteous and after learning of my medical condition, went over and above what I expected to work me in for an appointment that same day.I was contacted earlier than expected by the tech to advise he was en route to my home. After he examined my unit, he explained the problem and the various solutions with courtesy and in a way I could understand.As a single mother on a budget, without much knowledge about A/C units and required repairs, it would have been easy to ā€œscareā€ me into believing my issue required such costly repairs that the purchase of a new unit would be my ā€œbestā€ option. (Another company at one time tried that ā€œhard sellā€ tactic when my A/C was simply low on coolant and had an automatic shutoff safety feature that needed to be ā€œresetā€ before the unit would switch on. However, the technician who came to my home told me my compressor was ā€œfriedā€ and wanted me to sign a contract to purchase an expensive new A/C unit before even I could finish reading the repair estimate.)With Southern Air, there were no attempts at ā€œhard sellā€ tactics or attempts to scare me into purchasing a new unit when a repair was all I needed.Southern Air worked with me on payments, completed repairs on my system quickly and efficiently, and followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with their service.HIGHLY RECOMMEND and give a special recommendation for the tech, John , who was personable, kind, and friendly.
