Great company! Serviced my water heater & faucet. Patrick & Sam were phenomenal techs. Actually, if I could give those two ten stars I would. They fixed a leak I had after installation and even contacted the home warranty company for me. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!

Ive had to use Peacher Plumbing twice, due to thats who my home warranty uses. Both times Patrick was the guy who came to fix my issues. I definitely 100% reccomend Patrick for your plumbing issues. Both times he figured out the issues quickly and got them fixed within a hours time. The second time he fixed an issue with my gas water heater that had been giving me problems for a couple months in exactly an hour.

Had to call out after my toilet stopped filling and was leaking. Not only did he fix all my issues but he also helped me test my water for contaminants and got my tub draining correctly. AND he is helping me set up a water filtration system as well as fixing some other issues I have. Absolutely awesome guy, 10/10 would recommend Peacher Plumbing because of this guy.

I was having a water slide set up for my sons birthday party and one of the stakes cracked a pipe in the yard. I called on a Thursday at 5 pm and they were at my home at 8:00 the next morning. I had already dug most of the hole for them to access the pipe, which they seemed genuinely grateful for. Pat quickly fixed the pipe and answered the few, probably dumb, questions I had during the process. He and his assistant were great guys and they covered the hole back up after they were done. The price was what I expected, they were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Would easily recommend Peachers to anybody needing plumbing work done.

I meant to leave this review a while back, our water heater went out. We called Peacher plumbing, they are right down the road from us. The lady who took the call was so kind and friendly. The guy came, we needed a new water heater, he had installed fairly quickly, he cleaned up after himself. He was very respectful. I definitely recommend!

Discovered a wet spot in my yard, assumed it was a break in my main water line. Gave them a call and they had some one out the same day, received a text and a phone call when they were on the way to my house. Tyler was able to quickly locate and repair the damaged pipe for a fair price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing issues or upgrades.

We had moved our home in and the plumber we originally had scheduled did not communicate with us or showed up. We called Peacher Plumbing and Patrick was able to come same day and work on setting us up to pass our inspection the very next day. Patrick set the expectations and they updated us on the job, which we appreciate. We HIGHLY recommend them, and they will be the only plumbing service we will get a hold of when we need anything.

Thank you!2/2020 After being stood up by two plumbers in Natchitoches, I reached out to Peacher as they have done warranty work for me before. I told them what I wanted and I received a call back to have a consultation of the pros and cons. While they could have easily made more than twice the amount of money for what I wanted they let me know what would be best for my old home. Therefore saving me over 50%. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done! Thank you for your service Peacher Plumbing!

I am a brand new home owner and within a couple days the septic pipes outside broke and we had human fecal matter and toilet paper in our backyard. To say I was angry is an understatement. My home warranty company sent out the request Saturday. They were able to come to my home today (Tuesday). I was prepared for a horrific experience due to the reviews I have seen here on google. I had to call them numerous times to get an exact day and time they would come out and the lady over the phone was short and not very friendly and never called me back. I had to keep calling them. Finally the third phone call I was able to get a day and time and I’m almost positive the only reason is due to the fact there was a coworker there and he was listening. When they got to my home (earlier than I expected because everyone knows usually they don’t come when they say) they told me that the warranty wouldn’t cover the cost because of where the pipe is. Then only charged me an extra $100.00. Which I’m sure the work he did should’ve costed so much more. He didn’t have the supplies so he went out of his way and went to Lowe’s to purchase them so I could use my bathrooms. He was kind and usually anyone else would’ve told me to schedule another appointment. He fixed everything and cleaned up everything. I was told by friends and family I would have to clean up the mess in my yard. My review would’ve been five stars if not for the woman on the phone. The plumbers themselves are phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier. I will always call this company. A grumpy lady won’t deter me from using this company. Thank y’all for coming and doing everything you did. Y’all went above and beyond any expectations I had.
