Google lists them as open on Saturday. I drove there and they ended up being closed. I realize google is not always accurate so I wasn’t too surprised.However a staff member stopped at their shop while I was sitting there. I asked for some advice and he even checked his stock for the item I needed. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. Even though he did not have the fix for my problem. I have an amana furnace which is a different brand furnace from what they carry. He did directed me to different heating and cooling company who helped get my furnace up and running.I am thankful for his help and for the heat!

Great service and product. Had a new water heater installed. Great communication and showed up as expected. Technician was professional and made sure I was happy with the install. Worked with my appliance insurance company with no issues. I would recommend them.

I have used Shelter for over 10 years at my Port Austin Cottage never had an issue always on time always professional. Bob has the lock box code they open and close my cottage every year. Have done all my plumbing repairs even ran a gas line in my crawl space. Would highly recommend them.

I dont really understand these other Google reviews. They put in the plumbing and heating/cooling in our new house 3 years ago. They have been nothing but professional to us. We had a few issues with some of the faucets initially and they came and fixed them no questions asked. I will continue to us them and recommend them to anyone who asks!
