    Chad and His team of expert plumbers are always prompt, professional, and available when you need them. They have installed every plumbing device, in my home, as well as supporting the installation of my generator. They lead the project to renovate my bathroom, create a new spa shower, replace toilets, sink fixtures, and even came in “to the rescue”, after a DYI project went askew. If you need plumbing support, in the tip of the thumb Michigan Area this should be your first and only call. They have my highest recommendation, and they are the only call I make when I need plumbing services.

    Chads plumbing is by far the best plumbing and heating service in the thumb. Professional, always shows up when needed, licensed company, does amazing work. Chad has been my plumber for over 23 years and has never ever disappointed me for any repair. The staff is so friendly and trustworthy and will not take advantage of anyone. I recommend you use chads plumbing if you need a plumber. You won’t be disappointed but happy with your service. They are so honest and friendly. Call them if you need them!!

    Called Chads after looking for recommendations on the Caseville FB group, and they were highly recommended. Happy we used them! If you call on the weekend, be patient, they will get back to you. We had no water in the house, figured it was the pump needing replaced. They came out soon after returning our call, diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour and a half. Professional, informative crew.

    Chads plumbing winterizes and opens my cottage every year. All I have to do is send a quick text and it’s done! They have fixed and replaced my pump as well- again quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs and I trust them to handle my cottage when I can not be there. They do the same for many of my family members as well and they would all give a 5 star rating too!

    Chads Plumbing & Heating impressed us with their efficiency, workmanship, and professionalism. They have been opening our cottage in the spring and winterizing it for many years. They are affordably priced and trustworthy, always helping us choose the best options without overselling. We have always trusted them with the key to our cottage. We also hired them after our water heater leaked during the hottest part of the summer, resulting in extensive mold and water damage. Each time we contacted the office, we received prompt and courteous customer service. Chad made himself available to guide us step by step through the insurance claim process. The team at Chad’s was punctual, courteous, and extremely hard-working. Chads provides a personal touch, and the company and its employees are the best. We highly recommend them. Five stars!

    I went to start up the furnace. I placed a call to Chads being the residence is a second home early on a Friday morning. The receptionist told me she would have to check the schedule and the company was closed on the weekends. Well got a call later that day and service repair was there within one hour. Very impressive. My bill will be sent to my primary address with an email from the office. Now that is service. Will recommend and keep them in my phone list. Great job 👍

    We were informed by Maurer Electric in order to install our Generac to call for gas hookup. I called Chad’s at 8:20 am requesting their service. At 8:33 they called back saying they could come this very day. In 30 minutes the truck arrived and by 11:45 the job was completed. I highly recommend Chad’s.

    We called Chad for an emergency situation due to a frozen and spewing water line at my daughters cottage in Caseville. Chad very professionally explained what needed to be done immediately, and despite it being after hours and brutal cold temperatures, he arrived at the cottage within 30 minutes of our call. Temporary and permanent repairs were made at a very reasonable cost. Great Work! I strongly recommend this company.
