The team at Cline was great to communicate with and did a great job. Kevin was helpful when I first called and stayed in touch to schedule things according to delivery times. Ryan and Noah did a good job with our drain relocation and shower pan install and were great representatives of their company when they came on site. They initially relocated the drain then we realized the shower pan had been damaged in shipping. They came back out after I had to order a different brand and had to relocate the drain again before final install, all at no extra charge for the extra labor or extra visit. -

Outstanding quality and professional service every time. Ive used these folks for over 10 years. Every job has been quoted and completed on time if not early (priced reasonably and competitively). If you want cheap work cheaply done, these are the wrong folks to call. No price gouging. Not overpriced. Just great work at a reasonable price.And the people are really nice, too. Noah and Riley(?), along with Kevin and company are the kinds of folks Id love to have over for Sunday dinner and just talk for awhile. If they werent so dang busy!Stop reading these reviews and give them a call. Youll be glad you did. -

Update: we had an issue with some sinks and faucets in our house. We initially were not satisfied with the outcome but the owner went out of his way to make sure the situation was fixed and we were happy. After everything is said in done, I trust Cline to do whats right and I would use them for any plumbing need. -

Excellent! Kevin and his team are great at their trade. We are completing a bathroom renovation and onsite were Ryan & Harley. They were respectful, focused on the job and patient while adjustments in scope were made. Ryan spoke with our tile contractor to make sure everything would come together. Highly recommend!! -

We had a clog and collapsed sewer line. They assessed the issue and fixed it quickly. We would use again and recommend Cline plumbing. They communicated with us often about scheduling and updates. They ultimately needed to dig up our front yard, and while that is never cheap, we felt the price was fair to replace the sewer line. -

In the end, he found something previous plumbers had missed and saved me literally thousands of dollars (no exaggeration, thousands of dollars). He recommends the best options for your needs, NOT what will pay him the most. He will always be my first call when I need a plumber. You wont find a better person to work with. -

Weve been looking for a good plumber in the Greenville area and my husband found Kevin. We only wanted to replace some faucets and then we discussed other issues we were having, and he was able to address each one and do the repairs. Since the faucets, weve had him do at least 3 other repairs. Kevins pricing is very reasonable and he is a pleasure to work with. -

Kevin Smith is the ABSOLUTELY MOST HONEST plumber or businessman of any type my wife and I have ever dealt with. I think we have been doing business with him for five years.He always does great work at a more than a fair price. Beyond that, he encourages a homeowner to do the work themselves if they can. He diagnoses the problem over the phone, and then provides instructions!Kevin is the man to call if you have plumbing work to be done. I am almost 70 years old. I had the unfortunate experience of discovering a leak in the main waste line of my house, it was minor, but it still needed to be addressed. I called Kevin and described what was going on; the leak was fixed a few hours later.Kevin is up front, honest, and more than reasonably priced. Hes also a pleasure to work with, and will be the first person I call when I have any water or gas related issue.Give him a call. Youll only be disappointed if he cant come and fix your plumbing problem. -

We had a leak that we had no clue what was happening. We called and got a same day work in appointment. They were on time in the window given and the most pleasant to work with. We called others and had nothing but nasty and unprofessional attitudes. We appreciated the time he spent and even took video to show us exactly what was going on. We have other work that needs done in the future and would happily give him repeat business. -

Kevin responded to my call immediately as I needed help in properly setting up a supply line from our propane gas source to our home generator. The were complications in the process - Kevin patiently needed to negotiate procedures with the generator installers. His professional skills and personal manner mediated a potentially difficult solution. Kevins work was excellent. I highly recommend his service to anyone. I cannot say enough about him and his company.
