    A friend recommended All Clear to us. We contacted All Clear to have our sump pump checked out on our home we recently purchased just to make sure it was working properly, we didn’t have any reason to believe it wasn’t but just wanted peace of mind. Marcus was very cordial on the phone and scheduled our appointment for us within the week.I’m writing this review simply to suggest to the consumer that you ask lots of questions not only to the person who schedules the appointment for you but also with the plumber before he/she begins as there was some confusion regarding our $95 invoice. I think the plumber was very skilled at his job and was very nice. Also, I think this company is working hard to provide excellent service and I am confident they will hone any areas that need improvement in time.

    We have had All Clear to our home twice this year to deal with issues from an aging pipe system in our 50+-year-old home, and have been very pleased. Each time, the plumber came the same morning I called, and both the employees we have seen were professional and friendly. The person I talked to at the office was also pleasant and helpful. The work was done quickly and completely. Happy to recommend them, and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

    Kevin and All Clear Plumbing did a great job and were very professional. I requested an appointment online the night before, they arrived the next morning and completed the job in less than an hour.     Craig came to my home at 9:00 this morning, right on time. I had a list for him that he accomplished efficiently and professionally. He was friendly and always professional. He kept me apprised as to what he needed to do and the cost. As a matter of fact he reduced his charges after realizing he could make the repair instead of replacing the whole set up. I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely call them again.

    I give Ronnie and All Clear Plumbing the very best rating I could for initial customer interface and follow up.Previously I had called another plumbing company recommended on Home Advisor and had an appointment set. Well they never showed and I’m still waiting for a phone call.All Clear came to my home the day after I called to give me a very reasonable estimate to replace my gas hot water heater.They earned my trust and will perform the heater replacement.

    Every interaction we’ve had with All Clear Plumbing has been positive. They’ve come to our home for septic repair and repair for a leaking shower. They came to our home very quickly and did the repairs without trying to upsell or overcharge. Our plumber each time has been Kevin. He was very professional and polite.     I was so impressed with All Clear. Craig and Chris were both professional, personable, and helpful. They worked in the pouring rain to clean out a blockage with excellent attitudes. However, what I appreciated most was GREAT PRICING. I received several quotes from some of the bigger companies and their prices were absurdly high. I don’t mind paying for good service, but I don’t appreciate when people try to take advantage of me. All Clear Plumbing did not do this. I am now a forever customer.

    All Clear was recommended to us when we had an emergency, the weekend before Christmas no less. We called and they had someone there the next morning at 9am on the dot, fixed the problem and was upfront about the extra cost for it being a weekend/holiday call.     Absolutely love this company! I got more than plenty of phone calls and texts of details about the arrival of the plumbers. They even called me earlier than my scheduled appointment to tell me they could come earlier. Who does that? Call so they can come earlier? They are usually running late! I got a text with a picture of their plumber so I’d feel safe knowing who really was at my door. They put booties over their shoes to keep my floors clean, were very quiet, polite, clean, they worked quickly and diligently, didn’t leave a mess, and explained EVERYTHING they were doing and how much it cost. I had 4 items on my list for them to repair, and they were all done to my satisfaction also knowing I can call them back out if something they worked on needed help again. These are my new plumbers!     I called All Clear Plumbing late on Tuesday afternoon and they sent someone out by 9 the next morning! Even when I told them it wasnt an emergency and just needed it looked at before the end of the week they still fit me in less than 24 hours. The plumber was very friendly and courteous and was able to correct the problem quickly. He even gave me a few helpful tips to prevent the issue in the future. I was very impressed with this experience and will continue to use them in the future!

    First time customer. The guys came and addressed all our our plumbing needs. They explained things well and answered my questions. Work areas were left clean and they were in constant communication with me to let me know where they were in the process. Very pleased With result and I felt the cost was reasonable! I like that I received a text telling me they were in their way and they emailed me a detailed receipt which makes it easier for me to keep good records of what was done.

    Our water heater failed overnight and I started calling plumbers at 7:30 in the morning. All Clear Plumbing not only answered the phone live but was willing to give me a ballpark quote and schedule an appointment for the same day.     We chose this plumbing service due to the high amount of great reviews. We had been calling around all morning to get a good price and have them come today because our kitchen sink was very clogged. Other places wanted a heap of money JUST to come out for a quote and they couldn’t come until tomorrow or the next day. All Clear Plumbing only charged 39 dollars If they were to only do a quote and they could come later that afternoon! Ken Dodd was the repair man sent to us and he was very professional and respectful. He even cleaned up little things along the way like drops of water on the floor and rinsing out our gross sink that had been clogged up over the weekend. Just small things that go a long way and not everyone would do. He was able to fix our sink in no time! All of the equipment needed, he had on hand. Just an all around great service and outstanding professionalism. Not to mention the reasonable pricing. Also, before even starting to work on our sink, he showed us the cost and made sure we were okay with it. I highly recommend this business! Thanks again, Ken!

    I highly recommend All Clear Plumbing based on the response of Chris and Craig to a problem we were having with the kitchen sink disposal. Instead of automatically going to a total disposal replacement option, they checked for obstructions first and within minutes had solved the problem.     We were so impressed with all clear plumbing!! We had been working with a contractor for over 3 weeks trying to find an outside water leak and repair the line, and it was a nightmare.     James Tyner with All Clear Plumbing was amazing. All Clear Plumbing continues to amaze me with their professional service. First with the reception at their service call specialist and her kindness and ability to make you feel as if you are their only customer and they are going to get you scheduled fast. Then they follow up with a text message with a picture of the plumber coming to your site. James was cool, calm and collective and the kitchen sink was no big problem. He patiently worked through my drain issues, repaired the problem efficiently and quickly and it looked better than it did before he started. Having had bad experiences with other, perhaps more well known, and ridiculously expensive plumbing companies in Greenville, this experience was like a breath of fresh air.     I am rating Paul at 5 as he seemed to be the real worker! When a job is done and one worker is much dirtier than the other it makes you wonder! Why?!Paul was thorough and as far as I can tell did a great job. The cost was 50% less than Ethical Plumbing. I would recommend Clear Plumbing!

    I woke up at 5:00 a.m. due to a strange noise beneath my house. When I opened the crawl space door water was spraying in every direction. I looked on the internet for a plumber with good reviews.     I called All Clear Plumbing for a drain clean out. A clog in the drain had caused a very bad overflow from my toilet when I was running the washer. Chris Worley was my technician and he was great! He was very courteous and professional. He patiently answered my questions as I hoovered around as he was working. Chris worked until he felt sure the the clog was cleared. Afterwards, I ran a couple of loads of laundry back to back with no problems so I feel confident that the problem is fixed. I wont hesitate to call All Clear if I have plumbing problems in the future.

    Happy with the service and would consider hiring again. I find the plumbing industry frustrating due to the lack of transparency in pricing. We recently paid $275 to Corley to have a kitchen sink cleared with an electric snake. Took about 20 minutes. Price seemed high, but I have not had this done before so dont really know.

    Awesome company!!! This company is so professional, helpful and HONEST!! When my hot water tank broke today, they had an opening Monday. But when I asked if there is any way to come today, they worked me in and we’re here in 2 hours!! A few years ago, when selling our other home, I had a sewer gas leak. Horrid smell!! They said they could smoke the house to look for leaks (very expensive) OR try silicon on the PVC connections first to seal any possible leaks (hardly cost anything). Well the silicon worked perfect saving me hundreds of dollars. They could’ve easily not given me a choice and just smoked it. I would’ve done it too probably because I couldn’t have that odor while trying to sell our home! That’s what sold me with this company.....their HONESTY! I’d give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.

    I recently used their water leak detection service special and I am so glad I did! The plumbers that worked with me found the source of a leak that was found (causing dripping in my crawl space) that I did not realize I had. The leak cause was a simple issue-they fixed it on the spot and didn’t even charge me for the minor repair. I would recommend taking advantage of the leak detection service special for peace of mind. I have seen past water damage evidence from prior problems before I bought my house so I’m aware of how much damage unknown leaks can cause.

This guy was here for two hours. He asked if he could use our garden hose (we didn’t have one) so he had to run out and buy one. He seemingly attempted to get the clog cleared but eventually gave up. He left the house with our $255, while our house is in the exact same state it was prior to his visit. Time to call another plumber.

    Had what I thought was a leak underneath my tub upstairs. Water had slowly started coming into the sheetrock underneath the tub, and the ceiling of my garage. Kevin came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Turns out it was leaking at the faucet and all I needed to do was caulk. Kevin recommended I do it myself,. Glad I called them.
