These guys are the best in what they do. We have a septic tank and grinder station that other companies tried to diagnosis, blaming everything except the root problem. We went through over $1500 with one company, and they problem was never solved. Predoc came out the next day, traced the problem down to the fundamental issue. Im confident that we wont have another related problem because they did their due-diligence. Thank you Phil and the team!

My injector pump was failing and I reached out to Predoc and while I made it clear that this was not an emergency, ProDoc prioritized a tech to come out and he fixed my system within 20 minutes. He stuck around to do some extra maintenance and replaced a worn part, just to be safe.The meeting ended with a test to insure that the pump was working properly and some suggestions on possible issues in the future and, when I asked about preventatives, he said a yearly checkup is a good rule of thumb, There was no hard sell and the price was right where I expected and what I was quoted, flat fee to clear the line of a obstruction and the rest was just good service,I highly recommend PreDoc and they have earned me as a customer!!

Fixed my broken sewage pie in the fraction of cost of other companies. I have a broken sewage pipe and I quoted 4 companies and they are the lowest. They came on time. Staff are very friendly. They explained how would they work. They dig down and find the broken pipe and replace it. The most amazing thing is their cost is nearly 1/3 of other big famous companies, Like Horizon, Lens plumbing. Not mention they did a quality job!

Paid for annual service and repair which was only partially completed. when asked to complete repair they refused to take any responsibility and wanted to charge full rate since that employee was no longer there.After showing supporting documentation they did review and covered repairs to make it right.

I uncovered an old cesspit in my backyard. Predoc came in and filled it in properly and then re-graded the soil away from my patio. Great work for a great price.
