They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, which was a huge plus. The results were amazing – my marble countertops, backsplash, showers and floors will be protected for years to come. Jorge and his team did a fabulous job restoring our travertine floors and granite, which needed polishing and restoration after years of wear. Jorge is quite meticulous and took his time to make sure everything was perfect for us, filling in the normal holes that happen over time with travertine and making our granite look practically new again. My husband and I are thrilled with the results and appreciated the excellent communication and commitment to our job. We highly recommend Jorge, Stephanie and the team at Az Stone Restoration!

I generally do not do reviews online. However the experience with AZ Stone Restoration was perfectly positive from the initial contact to the completion of the work. It involved Cantera tile patio restoration on large patios requiring tile removal/replacement and grout repair followed by all tile, concrete aggregate and pavers deep cleaned and sealed. Jorge and his team did exactly as expected in an exemplary way. With my experience regarding their work, I highly recommend Jorge and Ivan for any similar work.

I started out thinking I only needed to restore my center island marble. Turned out our kitchen stone had not been sealed. Ended up having all kitchen counters and backsplash cleaned and sealed (and yes the center island was restored perfectly)! I also had an entry table restored. I learned so much about maintaining our beautiful natural stone! Very pleased with their work!!! Prices quite reasonable for the quality of the work!

I had a slab crack along with accumulated rain water which resulted in 15 cracked travertine tiles that needed to be replaced along with 7 tiles that had minor cracks and could be repaired.Jorge came out and gave me a bid that was reasonable.The tile replacement crew came out and did a very good job of lifting the bad tiles without damaging the surrounding area.Then Jorge came out and did an amazing repair job. You cant tell which tiles were repaired.He polished the new tiles and the crack repairs to they now match the rest of the floor.

Jorge and his team were amazing - professional, polite, respectful, extremely careful with all the fragile items in the house, and experts in their field. I have very high standards and they exceeded them all. I had bleach stains on my marble, cracks in my granite, water spots on my travertine tables, and the grout in my tile was discolored. Everything now looks brand new! I 100% recommend them. They are the best of the best!

Jorge and his AZ Stone Restoration team did exceptional work restoring our travertine and granite tile floors. We had another company attempt to polish and restore them in the past and have been hoping for someone like Jorge to properly restore them. He polished them using an incredible system that left no dust in our home. Everyone that walks in our home remarks immediately that the floors look fantastic. He polished the stone top on our master vanity and re-caulked our shower and polished the stone there as well. He is so very kind and trustworthy and a perfectionist in the work he does. My husband and I highly recommend Jorge and his company!

We were very pleased with the work AZ Stone Restoration did for us. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. We had our stone floors refinished and they now look better than new. AZ Stone went the extra mile to fill any holes in our travertine, repaired missing grout, and polished our stone to the exact finish we requested. They were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. We are thrilled with the excellent job completed by Jorge and his crew in our home. The Mexican tile counters in our kitchen and in our master bath/ shower look like new after they cleaned the tile and paint/sealed the grout. The glass block window repair is impeccable. We were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and Jorge’s genuine concern for pleasing us with the work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I’ve had my floors polished and sealed by several other companies. None have made them look as great as they do now. Removed scratches and filled in some holes as well. They also did some damage caused by acidic cleaner in my shower and sealed it, looks better than new. Highly recommend Jorge and his crew at AZ Stone Restoration.

I recently had Jorge to my home for an estimate. He was extremely kind, charismatic, professional and respectful. My husband and I are in the process of deciding what to do with our old flooring. Great customer experience from Office Representative and first point of contact (Evelyn), Business Manager (Jorge), to the master artist himself who completed the work. (Saul). I am a perfectionist and this company met the match. Perfection. I highly recommend them. They repaired Flagstone patio/decking and plan to higher them back for other work. They are true master of the trade. Labor intensive and messy work grinding flagstone but he cleaned the area as if nothing was done. A+++ Rating. Don’t hesitate to hire these guys! I’ve been looking for somebody to repair my front walkway and entry area flagstone for years. I am so glad I found AZ Stone Restoration. They repaired the cracked, missing flagstone and grout and made the coolest cover for my sewer drain as well! It looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier! Excellence is the word used to describe this company. We have used their services twice. They installed our travertine and polished all floors. They also cleaned our bathroom stone floors and walls in our walk in shower. They are very detail oriented getting everything cleaned, the grout, the calcium build up, oils, soap scum, etc. Lovely group of installers! We highly recommend AZ Stone Restoration!
