Freelite provided an excellent experience installing two Velux sun tunnels. Three visits, on time, professionally engaged every time. First visit was Tyler, the owner. Assessed our home configuration for options. Second visit by Tony, supervisor/installer. Climbed into attic checked out crawl space and observed an installation challenge. We made a decision right then and there regarding challenge. Installation scheduled and took place on date and at time we chose. Tony paid close attention to keeping work area clean of construction debris and cleanup. All communication with Karyn, regarding scheduling, was prompt and efficient. The sun tunnels are absolutely terrific in our guest bathroom and kitchen. Thank you Freelite team!

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

I have been working with Freelite for the last year and a half, and must say that they are a diamond in the rough. The office staff is very friendly, and never miss any details that I throw their way. I use Freelite for drop shipping doors/frames, windows, and skylights to my projects, and other times that a job is local I use Freelite to provide a turn key number for installations. Their pricing is the best in town (Phoenix Arizona) and they always have the best number with all of the scope covered including drywall, framing, paint, and any finishes for any application. I would recommend this company if you are a GC, or a home owner who is looking for honest, competitive, and family oriented business to do business with.

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly dont know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldnt recommend enough. Its clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Freelite handled our replacement windows for our home. We have very large, hard to come by windows and they were able to find a company to make them. Early on, there was a bit of communication difficulties with their independent salesperson, but easily resolved and never rude or dismissive. Prices competitive. Their install crew was super friendly, on time, neat, and answered as many questions as I could throw at them. They came to the house a few times before install to make sure the measurements were correct due to the size of the windows. Our install was only recently, but so far so good. Would use them again if we need more windows.

Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.I have the highest regard for Freelite and its employees.I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.
