It was a pleasure to work with T. Savage and crew. They completed a full renovation to a family home of mine. After evaluating, what stood out about T. Savage was his attention to detail and honest character. Without his guidance, Im unsure how the renovation would be completed. He was able to navigate a myriad of options to ensure construction was within budget but also cater to the needs of the home. His firm provides updates through an app called CoConsruct which is very easy to navigate. I can communicate needs and want with project manager and track progress as it went along –this was important to me. Now, I can rest easy and see my vision of my home come to light. I am thankful to meet T. Savage and excited to continue with projects in the future with him.

Its been about a month and Im still in awe of my beautiful kitchen! The guys that did the work were very professional and respectful of my time and home. Mr. Savage listened to my ideas and was very helpful in bringing my vision to life and within my budget. I will happily use T. Savage Construction again for my home remodeling needs.

I hired terrence & his construction company to do something out of the ordinary- show up to my dumptruck-obsessed nephew’s second birthday party. terrence happily agreed and made it down to the party. not only did he show up but he showed my nephew everything about the truck and even showed up with a hardhat and tshirt. his professionalism and heart is unmatched. given an upcoming ~actual~ construction need, i would hire him in a second. he delivers and really cares about the customer. thanks so much terrence!

Knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient are the words that come to mind when I think of T Savage Construction.We approached T Savage expressing our interest in replacing our front porch support columns and roof( removing old aluminum siding.T Savage Construction completed our project , being extremely organized , neat and did business with the utmost integrity .We did run into a small issue that was quickly resolved .We would highly recommend this company !

T. Savage responded quickly to a request for a quote. He came out himself to do an assessment then sent his guys in for a closer look. I was quoted by other companies for damaged floor beams but T. Savage Construction was able to determine the cause of my problem was something far less serious. Saved me a bunch of money and a lot of stress.

I had Terrence come out and do a 3rd floor addition on my fishtown home. Everything came out as expected. If there every was an issue Terrence would handle it right away he wouldn’t duck and dodge you like other contractors would. His workers were always professional and respectful. If any future projects come up I would hire Savage again.

Terrance, the owner, and his team did an excellent job on our house. He treated our 100 year old home with care and thoughtful problem solving. Our roof was being replaced by a different company that damaged our roman columns on the front porch. Terrance arrived and immediately began looking for the right replacement columns and while we waited for the custom columns he and his team made major repairs to the roof and porch that had also been damaged. He also followed historical code to install framework around our house. Terrance is conscientious about his work and stayed with the project much longer than he anticipated due to the time it took to get the proper columns. It now looks even better than before! We’re excited to enjoy our porch again.
