    Absolutely the BEST service around!! We were quoted over $10k for a “bad drain field” so we called Hotshots for a second opinion and they fixed the problem immediately, saving us from spending thousands for a non-existing problem!!     I am so impressed with Hot Shots. We had a broken sewer line. They diagnosed it quickly and came back the next day and fixed the whole thing. From diagnosis to complete in less than 24 hours. Really nice people.

    We had a sewer issue on Easter Sunday and was lucky enough to find this amazing company online. They answered on the second ring and were so kind and helpful and had a tech to our house in an hour. He was so friendly and saved the day. And for such a surprisingly reasonable cost.     When the main drain from my home to my septic tank became plugged, I called Hot Shots upon the recommendation of a friend. Hot Shots arrived at my home within 30 minutes of calling and their technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional and had our drain line cleaned out and operating again within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well! I HIGHLY recommend Hot Shots! They are simply the best! Thank you Hot Shots!

    I’ve called hot shots a few times and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I called for a tub that wouldn’t drain. The tech tried to get it flowing, but to no avail. He helped me identify a trap that needed to be replaced. Per his recommendation, I called a plumber and had it replaced.Hotshots did not charge me for the visit. This is just a consistently good group of people. Thank you!

    I want to give a huge shoutout to Hotshots who came to my friends house in such a timely manner an a very cold day and got their pipes thawed out for them so they could have water again. They also fixed a pressure switch . They know what they are doing and are very professional. They are also kind and generous. I had to call them a year or so ago when my sewer backed up. They diagnosed the problem and did a referral for me . Their prices are reasonable and the technician explained things thoroughly to us at the time. I highly recommend them and want to say thank you for coming to the rescue of my friends this morning. Greatly appreciated.

    My kitchen sink was clogged and backing up. I called at 9:30a on a Friday, got a price quote, ETA, and fast/friendly response. Ron and Nick arrived right when estimated at 1p. They were courteous, friendly, and helped explain what was going on as they worked. Mostly, they fixed the issue! They were efficient but thorough. They took care to make sure that, if there could possibly be any further issue or leak, they would find it while they were there (rather than me discovering it sometime later). They even cleaned things up after. And they reminded me of their 3-month warrant. I am so pleased with their response and work.

    I had a slow (and stinky) pipe, called Hot Shots & was delighted to be told that they could get to my home the same day! ! Within a few hours, I received a call from Ron who indicated that he was on his way. Ron was clean, prepared, organized & professional.I prepared the area to allow Ron space & easy access by moving my furniture & rolling up the rug before he arrived. (In my experience, no matter how clean you try to be, ALWAYS move your stuff because plumbing by it’s nature is messy!) He was able to quickly assess the problem, fix the clogged drain quickly. He cleaned up the few drips that occured during the process & he was on his way to make another happy homeowner.I would definitely recommended again! Cost was only $250. I reasonably cost when I consider that Ron was knowledgeable enough to fix my problems quickly.Thank you Hot Shots!

    Dalton and his team are awesome! I messaged him in the evening about a plugged main line. He was there the next morning at 9am and got the problem fixed quickly!     Sometimes even the professionals need to call in the big dogs. We own a Plumbing and Heating company, but do not have heavy duty drain cleaning equipment. When our sink became backed up we knew who to call. Hotshots Drain Cleaning crew picked up right away when we called, and sent someone out the same day for a seriously backed up and quirky pipe situation. Our Technician Ron was very helpful, personable (which is rare these days) knowledgeable and thorough.     We had a clog & water that wouldn’t drain and we called and got an immediate response. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices as well! Fixed the tub and then did a sweep through and let us know what other things needed some work and gave us some great trips!     All I am going to say is WOW! We had a kitchen sink that was not draining and I had tried a few things myself that were not successful. From making the call, the expectation was set from Rachel (who is very professional on the phone) from the price and the work that would be done at our house. She called back told me Ron would be at our house shortly . With in 10 minutes Ron was on site explained everything again. Ron is professional and courteous. Issue with our sink was resolved in a short time and working flawlessly. Ron provided some additional detail and things to keep in mind for the future. I really cannot say enough about this company from start to finish the process exceeded my expectations. This is simply an amazing group of people that are customer center focused and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them and will use in them in the future for any plumbing issues that come up.

    Nick came in pretty good time. My water was frozen And he found it was the water meter that had frozen so he thawed that out. He put everything back in pretty good order except he didn’t get part of the skirting back on the bottom of the trailer so there was a gap. My neighbor fixed that for me. So nice to have water again and so good that they were here in a matter of hours. Thank you!

    This company is amazing! Upon calling them with my issue, they offered to put my wife and I up in a room for the night and were at our house by 8:30am the next morning, and stayed there working diligently all day, through hail and snow. (They even helped my sister catch my dog before it ran away 😂) Ronald and William were friendly, thoughtful and very professional. He did not quit when he found one issue he dug deeper and was able to find two areas and fix them both.     I was having problems with my septic field seeping into my yard. I initially contacted multiple contractors who were very slow to respond to me with quotes and schedules to get any work going. When I heard hotshots work on septic fields I reached out to them. Dalton contacted me the same day and the next morning he came out to look at my situation. He gave me a clear, detailed plan on how to fix my situation, and gave me a great quote up front, much less than what i thought it was going to take. The best part was about one week after reaching out to him, the work was all done (I was looking at over a month from the other contractors). They were organized and efficient. What I thought was going to be a drawn out job that I was going to be struggling to afford, with hotshots it turned out to be a quick and affordable solution. Im thankful for hotshots and highly recommend them!

    When we found out that our house septic tank had more than 60% of the space filled with roots, Hotshots Drain Cleaning went above and beyond in removing the roots. Most other companies told us that we should just get a new septic tank (it was easier but not in the budget) however Dalton found a way to get the roots out without replacing our tank! He was creative in his problem solving and did a fantastic job.

    I would highly recommend HotShots. I called them at 8:30pm on a Friday night and they answered, willing to come out ASAP to fix my clogged shower drain. While I did not need them to come out right away, they were there Saturday morning to assess the situation. Both Dalton and his other team member (I cant remember his name) were very professional. We ended up needing to replace the whole drain mechanism/stopper in the shower, which included cutting a hole in the wall to gain access to the shower pipes. All of this work was done very well. They cleaned up after themselves and the shower is as good as new. I will plan to use HotShots in the future for plumbing issues we may have.
