    This is a fantastic company. We recently experienced an unexpected and unforeseen drain issue that unfortunately developed into a major sewer project. Jay and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem and assisted us with the excavation work and repair. They stayed with us throughout the mind-numbing project and worked closely with the excavator to accomplish a successful outcome. They are clearly experts who care about doing exceptional work for their clients. We feel fortunate to have had 24/7 assist us during our difficult project.

    Recommended by my plumber. They were on the case with an hour and worked like Trojans for two days to solve what was a very nasty problem. But, they gotter done and the charge was very reasonable. I can recommend them without reservation.

    I had a serious septic back up emergency. I called others and was told it would be several days or they could not help. I was referred to 24/7, best thing that could have happened.     We originally contacted 24/7 to help us with a frozen drain pipe. In the process of trying to repair it, the pipe was broken. These guys went above and beyond, completely out of their way to help us make sure we could use our kitchen sink, and repair the drains for us. I would highly recommend them to any friends in need of drain repair.

    24/7 is the best. Fast, efficient and literally available 24/7. J and Ken organized a crew to fix a long standing issue that required excavation. This father and son also communicated to the city of Petoskey, their errors, and got the city to pay for the whole job. These guys are the best, hands down.

    Used them today. My kitchen sink clogged and it was 35 feet down the line. Called at 10:30am, they arrived at 11am. Out by 11:25am. Efficient and professional. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do I wont hesitate to call.

    We had a toilet that was having repeated back up issues. We called them on New Year’s Day and they were here at 8:30am to fix our lines. Scoped and found tree roots and had problems fixed in less than one hour!! We had spent days and hours trying to fix ourselves!! Very reasonable charge and great service! Highly recommend!     We recently had a situation at our lake house in Charlevoix wherein the downstairs toilet became hopelessly clogged beyond, apparently, what any mere plunger could handle. Living 4 1/2 hours south and expecting guests at the lake house the next day, I was quite concerned. Our local contractor recommended, and contacted 24/7 Sewer and Drain. 24/7 was able to get to the house THAT DAY and fix the problem. This is huge as I now have the peace of mind knowing that should I have any plumbing issues in the future, my first call will be to 24/7 Sewer and Drain.
