    Dakota and Tom are freaking awesome! They came out and installed a new water softener, shower valve, and toilet for us as well as removing an old garbage disposal, properly hooked up our dishwasher and installed an access panel for our shower and did an absolutely incredible job! Their customer service is next-level. Dakota walked us through everything they were going to do step-by-step and broke it down so it was easy to understand. He was clear and concise, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and personable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I absolutely recommend Summers!Oct. 10Zach and Tommy came out to help us with our furnace because we didnt have any heat. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed in no time! I cant speak highly enough of Summers. Every technician that weve had has been polite, funny, knowledgeable, precise, and personable. From Israel to Dakota, Tom, Chris, and now Zach and Tommy today. Huge thank you to all those guys for helping us out here lately!

    Jake Pickering was the best. He was so thoughtful in explaining how a new furnace and air conditioner would benefit us. Even made diagrams to help us better understand how the system would work.     Awesome company with awesome workers. Tom, Dakota and Chris were great guys to work with. They were very knowledgeable and straightforward with everything they did. We had new plumbing lines run in an older home with no crawl space. The guys ran into several unforseen circumstances but we got through them. Highly recommend this company. We will definitely be calling on them again if we ever need any plumbing done.

    Had a basement flood over the summer and Chris showed up on a Saturday morning & fixed the issue in less then a hour. A couple months later our AC went out and Zach came out and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Both guys were incredibly professional answering questions and had positive attitudes the whole time. Both services were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

    Tommy came over for a routine maintenance and went above and beyond! He added a hard start kit to the AC unit, leveled the unit, and when he went into the basement he smelled gas. He spent time trying to find where the leak was coming from. His coworker Nick came to help find the leak and they were able to fix that. Nick also helped level the unit. I seriously appreciate all of their hard work and dedication they have for their customers! I was so happy with their work that I gladly signed up for the maintenance plan, and made future appointments with them.9/9/24 A load out was performed by Zach and he made sure every square footage was accounted for to get the correct size of furnace/ac unit. Tommy and Nick M. also did duct cleaning today which they did an amazing job! They are great guys and put in a lot of effort to ensure the job is 100%. Summer’s should definitely be proud of the employees they have.

    Dakota and Tom were great. They showed up, were friendly, and knowledgeable, were able to install my new system pretty quick, and didnt leave a mess for us to clean up. Thank you to Isreal forrecommending my new set up, walking us through the finance and equipment options, and getting us scheduled and taken care of so quickly.Another fantastic visit from Summers. Tommy Carlson showed up on the early side of our appointment window. He was friendly, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it He also gave me a few tips to help maintain my equipment between service calls. So far I have not had a single bad experience with the team at summers and look forward to using them for my future heating, cooling , and plumbing needs.Tommy was back yesterday to do the vent cleaning. Another fantastic job. He showed me the before and after pictures of my vents. It was like night and day. He took a little longer than he thought, but thats because he wanted to make sure he got everything. I was glad to know that he genuinely cared about getting the job done right.     We just had Summers come out because we needed our boiler looked at. Scrappy situation but their service tech Jake Pickering made the whole experience fun and awesome. Made us actually feel like he was just a friend coming over and visiting. We did end up having to buy a whole new system but Jake made it seem ok with how he was it didnt seem so bad! Grade A service Jake!!! Thanks!!! Also he made sure everytime he came in he put his little orange booties every time he came in the house.

    Zach and Israel were out to my property a couple times as I had some issues needing diagnosed and fixed. Both Zach and Israel were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to troubleshoot my internal A/C system as well as my boiler system and other equipment essential for my home. Very thorough and patient as well as providing me with useful knowledge to better understand my home systems myself. Gentleman throughout their visit, I would recommend their service to anyone who has a potential need for their services!

Thank you Gabe for getting parts and fixing the issue. We have had Summers work on our aging Geo system twice, and each time they have responded immediately, identified the problem, and fixed it. Reasonable cost, friendly office and technicians, and they arrive at the scheduled time! Their communication is also excellent!     Summers installed a tankless water heater for us as well as a sanitizer. All 4 of their plumbers were out at our house at one point or another due to unforseen complications. Every one of them were pite, professional, and clean. Not only that but their on-call tech came put twice that night to help us sort out some small kinks with the new system. Their work is solid and their support is second to none. If youre considering going with Summers, dont hesitate.

He had an accurate assessment of whether or not a duct-cleaning was needed, which was a concern of mine. Through photos it was determined we really didnt need one at this time.     Today we had the pleasure of having Zach as our technician. He showed up five minutes early, was super polite, explained everything very thoroughly, talk to me the entire time and educated me on the air conditioner and what he was doing and made something that I would normally find boring, exciting and fun to learn about. he scrubbed the air conditioner and made it look like brand new again and he could not have been more polite, funny, or personable. If I had a competing business, I would definitely snatch him from you guys and hire him myself. I hope his bosses see this review because he really is the best technician we have ever had from any home service company. You guys are very blessed to have him working for you and he busted his butt and made us very happy.     Had my drains plug up pretty seriously for a second time and realized it was time to call in some professionals. Decided to give summers a try and they didn’t let me down! Israel came out right away and got my issues diagnosed. Then a few days later the team of Nick, Dakota, and Tom came out to get the work done! While I am bummed I needed as much work done as I did, and had to spend the money, they did a good job and got me fixed up! We spent a day and a half together so I have a pretty solid basis for my review. I am sleeping easier tonight knowing the work they did is warrantied for 5 years, and I’m confident it will last a whole lot longer than that!

He performed a thorough inspection of every component of our heat pump outside as well as the air handler in our home and gave us a detailed report on the condition of each thing he checked. He also tested and made sure our emergency heat was working properly. I learned a lot today from his visit and our furnace door and that whole area back there hasnt been this clean since I can remember! Will truly went above and beyond and I am so impressed with the level of customer service this young man provided. We will most certainly continue our maintenance program membership with Summers. Wil just came out and did our inspection and delivered the same level of professionalism and high level service that I have come to expect from Summers.Every single time I use Summers, they are above and beyond professional and courteous from beginning to end. It starts with the phone call where they are friendly and helpful, continues with follow up texts confirming what was discussed and additional texts when they are on their way, including a picture of the service person. I had a water heater and furnace both go out, and it ended up being unrelated issues that coincidentally happened on the same day.     Our AC was knocked out by a storm. We called Summers and they sent someone very quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.     I wanted to install a backwater valve and shopped around with several contractors. I immediately liked the way Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling approached the conversation and he gave me a reasonable cost estimate. He came on site to scope the drains (in and out the house) to determine if there were any issues (this alone cost few hundred bucks with most plumbers). The next day his crew was on site, he coordinated the permits and inspection and the day after the work was completed. Everything happened as per the script. Job well done! And I can now relax and not worry about sewage backup. 10/10.

    Going to use Summers to install a new shower water line and shower head so far have been very professional with a lot of information will be using them for the install. Also they installed new furness, for you older folks that arent sure who to call or trust this company is the best. I would recommend them to do any type work on heating, plumbing, air conditioning. They are truly the best. Dont be afraid to call Summers, we are very pleased with their work.

He told me exactly what was needed from the pictures I sent him and was able to come fairly quickly to perform the replacement. Very professional service. He also answered some questions of other parts of my condo plumbing that I was curious about.
