    Phaze Services were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their willingness to accommodate our work schedules and help give us what we needed within our budget was outstanding. We had an extremely old system and they had their work cut out for them! We are looking forward to the savings we will see with a much more efficient system.     I highly recommend Phaze Services. We had a 20 year old boiler replaced and Paul did a great job from the first visit to the completion of the boilers installation. Great communication, easy to work with, and very high quality work. It truly was a pleasure to work with Paul and Phaze Services.

    If your looking for a HAVC contractor, Phaze is the one! Look no further. Paul was Great. He came over and gave me a estimate and even worked with me in trying to keep the price down. He is VERY knowledgeable, and informative, as well as friendly, kind, and patient in answering all my questions ( I am older and I had tons of questions too, lol) . Paul and Cody were the best!! My husband and I Love our new system!! Really. Its so beautiful! It hangs on the wall, is extremely quiet and best of all we feel safe having this new model (our old model always made me nervous). It also only took them a couple of days to install.I have to give a special shout out to Byran and Laurie also. Bryan was a perfectionist and even installed two new thermostats in our home. We love, love them. And Laurie was wonderful too!!! Thank you both!What a great experience for us. These people are just the best. They genuinely care about their customer!!!!Thank You Paul and Cody for all you have done.

    I reached out to Paul and Cody’s team after seeing their business card at lake Champlain pools. I needed my new electric pool heater wired and a Mr cool unit installed for my living/dining. I was able to buy my Mr cool unit directly through Phaze which made picking the correct unit a breeze. The Phaze team was excellent and went above and beyond both for the install and answering questions before, during, and after the installation. They cover a niche in the north country that not many others can that coupled with their excellent customer services and fair prices is why I highly recommend their work. Thanks again!

    We had Paul and the Phaze team install heat pumps in our house, and we couldn’t be happier. I wanted a solution that would be minimally visually intrusive - I don’t like the look of the through-the-wall mini splits. We decided on ceiling cassettes, and they did a great job getting them installed in a pretty short timeframe. Paul is super responsive, and everyone on his team is really kind and respectful. Even our dog liked having them around!

    Second time using Phaze Services and once again, I’m very satisfied! They came in June of 2023 to flush out my water heater. I was told it probably would need replacing within a year and they were right. This past weekend I noticed water starting to pool around the heater. I contacted them Monday morning and the next day they arrived with a brand new water heater and got it installed. These guys were very communicative, quick to respond, and did a fantastic job with replacing a difficult/nearly dead water heater. They were both extremely friendly and passed no judgment on the state of my water heater. They will be my go to guys for my plumbing and heating needs in the future! Thank you Phaze for taking care of this before mu heater died.

    Paul and the crew at Phaze have done a wide variety of work for me from handy work to installing a brand new propane, 4 phase heating system. They are reasonably priced, give quotes they stand by, show up on time and stay until the work is complete. Highly recommend them.The four phase heating system was for our vacation rental. Shortly after I received this text from one of our guests: My husband is a HVAC mechanic and he was very impressed with new instantaneous boiler. Said the piping is beautiful , a work of art.

    If I could give more than five stars, I would! Paul and Cody are incredibly hardworking, honest, and kind. They went above and beyond to install my HVAC unit, and I couldnt be happier with their work. Im definitely going to be hiring them again for future projects.
