    Great working with Justin from River City Roofing. Was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time during the meeting. I had a couple companies come out and look at my roof for bids and Justin was the only one who actually got up on the roof and checked it out. He also threw down a couple branches that I hadnā€™t been able to get down as a courtesy. They have earned my business for the future.

    Our home was damaged by hail and wind and we called several companies to give us quotes for the insurance company.Our roof was in sad shape and other the companies just didnt offer the solutions to the roofs many issues.Tim,the owner wasnt afraid of the job and suggested the solutions to fix our roof.He didnt run away!Then he put Justin a foreman on my project.They all worked closely with me and worked with the insurance company so well.I just cannot put into words how much this great group did for my home.When they were finished with the roof the siding,the gutters and looked fantastic and we received so many great compliments from the many people who walk by each day.The great crews that Tim put on my project.The receptionist were always friendly and very easy to work with as well.My project took a little while to complete but it looks so good. My mother whom also had roof damage from the storm and she and many if her neighbors also had River City replace their roofs.She also was very impressed by their attention to detail.If wish there was a 6 star rating!

    We recently worked with River City Roofing for a full exterior replacement project (siding, roofing, gutters, etc), and I cant recommend them highly enoughā€”especially Ryan Page. This was a somewhat complicated process as it took a long time to navigate insurance approvals with a lot of back and forth and countless emails. I also took time to carefully make decisions, seeking advice along the way.Through it all, Ryan was fantastic. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and made multiple visits to the house to drop off samples and provide guidance. He truly went above and beyond, essentially holding my hand throughout the process. Thanks to Ryanā€™s expertise and dedication, what could have been an overwhelming experience turned into a very positive one. The house looks amazing, and Iā€™m so glad we chose this team.

    Great company that stands behind their work. Connor and drew were great from start to finish. Roofing crew was in and out in one day. Two layers of shingles a million nails and only found one nail in a flower Bed..to be expected.. had Couple cracks in drywall caused by tear off. Again they stood by ther work. Omar came out with JosƩ and fixed all blemishes. Omar is one of the kindest people i have ever met. What ever you guys have to do to keep this guy do it..I If I owed my own company I promise Omar would be working for my Companyand to you Omar... see you at the fishing hole this summer .thanks rcrc

He walked me through the entire process with the insurance company and went out of his way in navigating through the whole process. I called River City Roofing which is a local company that I have heard of and had co-workers highly recommend. From start to finish they did great, from the first visit from the Sales team, to the scheduler, to the on-site supervisor and the crew that did the tear off and roof install. They arrived in the morning as planned, covered all my plants and moved some potted plants and back patio furniture. The whole crew was friendly and worked their tails off. At the end they put back all my patio furniture and potted plants where they were that morning. If you were not here, you would not even know that has just put a whole roof on.     River City was fantastic to work with on a recent roof replacement. Following hail damage, they helped us work with our insurer to get approval for a full roof replacement. Their installation crew was amazing and the entire job (teardown of the previous roof and replacement) was completed in a single day. Watching them work, I was really impressed with their work processes, which ensured they had the right number of people and that tools and materials were available when needed ā€¦ they were very efficient. Their crew worked extremely hard, breaking only for lunch, and seemed to be well trained. When they were finished, they did a thorough job of cleanup, and then waited while their project manager did a full walk-through with me. During the walkthrough, I was very impressed with the quality of their work ā€¦ I noted one small issue, which they quickly remedied before leaving our home. I was also impressed that they took the initiative to install a small saddle in our chimney area, and to reattach a bathroom exhaust fan duct to a roof mounted vent ā€¦ Both of these were well done, and represent a high level of customer service. From start to finish, this job exceeded our expectations. Huge thanks to our project manager (Brian) and crew leader (Lucas) for a job well done. Thank you River City!

    Overall, the job was well done. They worked with the insurance company to get all of the repairs completed. My only concern is when the work team was removing the siding from my home, they were not careful with removing the old aluminum siding. The siding cut 12 of 18 of my window screens. While River City did replace/ pay for the screens to be repaired timely, it is not something to add to the stress of any home renovations/ repairs. I would recommend them and will use them if need be again in the future.

    We suffered hail damage during a storm a few months ago. I called River City and scheduled a time for an estimate. A couple of days before Steve was due to come out, our town was hit by a tornado. He called to check in and see if we were ok. The multiple storms did slow the work down a bit, but the work that was done was thorough and of good quality. I would highly recommend the company.

    The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and effectively and was completed same day with all the old roofing gone. This included my shed. They replaced previously damaged wood and sealed all the chimneys. It was a huge job! As this was completed during fall, the weather was questionable much of the time. They scheduled to return and replace the material which did not settle due to cold weather which hit after the installation. They are easy to contact and work well with my insurance.
