Brad is the owner and hands on at the job. I like having smaller companies do work for me and my real estate clients. It is reassuring that the person they talk to on the phone will be the one out there on the job. That is important and creates a relationship. I worked 25 years with my familys general contracting company and now for the last 20yrs been in real estate. My reputation is my success and so my referrals are a key part to my branding. Brad is punctual, knowledgeable and above all fair in pricing. He just installed a new Lutron Radio Ra2 system in our personal historical home and it meets every expectation I was hoping for. He also is good about following up if there are questions or a product is under warr. Good guy, good work and Good Company.

My AC went out in the middle of the AZ summer, and Brad was extremely quick to respond. He stopped by my house the same day I called to assess the situation and present me with any options I had to get things back up and running. I ultimately needed to replace my entire AC system, but Brad provided me multiple options at varying costs. He worked to find me the best unit in my price point and quickly installed the new unit within a few days of my initial call. I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Air & Electric, and plan to use them for any future projects.

I reached out to Dynamic Air and was fortunate to reach Brad, the owner. He was EXTREMELY professional. When I had him come out, I was totally blown away at how honest he was. I was told by another shop that I needed to replace my unit and when Brad took a look he said I could get by fine with some maintenance and TLC.Despite that option, I asked Brad to price me some new units - honest to God he was 50% less than the others!! I wound up replacing my unit and the work he and his crew did was impeccable and clean.Best, most trustworthy company out there!!

Sorry Brad, a little slow in my response. I used Dynamic when I first moved to Phoenix from the Seattle area this last summer based their reviews. Brad was VERY responsive to my desires to add lighting in the garage, kitchen and ultimately a complete replacement of my A/C which they coincidentally and unfortunately did on the hottest day so far this year. I love all the lighting upgrades and the new, more efficient A/C has helped in lowering my energy usage. Thanks again Brad and crew.

This is the second time Ive used Dynamic Air & Electrical and I couldnt be more happy. The first time I had Brad install a few additional outlets and switches to run led under cabinet lighting. Project was done correctly, quickly and very cost effective. This time I was selling a home and needed some electrical work done for the inspection report. Again Brad came out and knocked out everything. I know there are many options out there but for me, Brad and his team at Dynamic Air & Electrical are the very best. Theyre knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and truly an asset to the industry.

Dynamic Air & Electric LLC (Brad Dowling-owner) is like a rare gem; how many large, medium or small businesses do you see with a 5 star rating.Brad was referred to me by my least than 1 star home warranty (in my opinion) due to my air conditioner stopped working. This turned out to be their best accomplishment (again, in my opinion). He contacted me the same day he received their notification and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived (on time) explained exactly the problem and the best solution to fix it.From the beginning to completion Brad was on top of it all. Example, attic access presented an unforeseen challenge but Brad and his crew got it done. And to me the most impressive thing, everything was done by scheduled date.Other than being a RESPONSIBLE person, hes personable, honest, hands-on, and presents a long-term customer service relationship.

I highly recommend Dynamic Air and Electric, the owner Brad is very professional and a straight shooter who will tell you like it is and not try to upsell like bigger corporate outfits in the valley. I only needed a few small repairs for a couple electrical issues found during a home inspection on a property we are selling and Brad showed up the next day and took care of everything. He works valley wide which is awesome since were moving across town and hes my electrician going forward...I got a guy now! I suggest you contact Brad if you need AC or electrical work done, you will be totally satisfied.

Brad Dowling, owner of Dynamic Air & Electric, hes our guy! To make a long story short, late last summer our A/C failed. We were told by two contractors that the unit would need to be replaced. The third contractor we contacted, Brad, questioned the replacement and said he could fix it! Instead of paying $6,500 for a full replacement, we paid Brad $220 and everything is working great. we will need replacement eventually, and because of Brads honesty and integrity, hes our guy! What a rare Jewel to find in this day and age! Thank you!

We needed to have our entire service panel replaced due to water damage. Brad came out to assess the damage and gave us a very reasonable price and took care of all permits. What a wonderful job Brad and Pedro did and only took a couple hours to complete the job. They worked with SRP and city of Chandler and the entire panel was replaced in 3 hours. Extremely professional looking panel and all fuses labeled from the old panel were moved to the new one. Outstanding work. I have passed along their name and number to anyone in need. Ive worked with Brad (business owner) on a number of occasions in multiple properties and the experience has always been stellar. He has fixed faulty wiring, installed 220 lines, rewired part of my homes, installed fans, lighting, etc. Hes on time, returns phone calls/is accessible, and goes the extra mile for the customer. I highly recommend Dynamic Electrical, the only electrician I use in the Valley.

This is a great company. My family and I were having issues with our AC and called Dynamic air with our issue. They already had jobs scheduled out, but once notifying them we had an infant in the house, they made time in their schedule to come by. They spent hours at our house and ended up fixing the problem. This company is fabulous; we had our AC unit stop working, they were out the next day. They fixed it, or thought they did, but something wasnt working a couple hours later.
