    We recently used Opitz and Sons as return customers. Our project this time was to run power to our shed so we could install a light inside and an outlet.Mr. Opitz was very attentive to our needs and after speaking to us about some ideas to make our backyard a better place to relax and enjoy some down time, we decided to run some lights around the roof of our shed and to install some rope lights around a pretty large tree.He came out as scheduled and did the work quickly. He even ordered and installed a replacement for a rope that had some lights out that we noticed after hed finished. He kept saying, We want you to be happy with the job.Id recommend Opitz and Sons for any electrical projects you may have. They do great work and theyre very affordable. You wont be disappointed.

    When my wife and I moved into our home, we contacted Opitz and sons to install new circuit for our television, hang new lighting fixtures in our home, add some new receptacles on the outside of the home. Brian did an outstanding job. He was quick, and very efficient; both qualities exemplifying his expertise in his trade.We later called him to add a new ceiling fan to our patio, and add string lighting. We were extremely satisfied with the finished product. It’s not only adding the circuit and hanging the lights, but the attention to detail. Each light placement shows his attention to detail and quality.We are extremely satisfied with Opitz and sons, and would highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs!

    Highly recommend! My husband and I just bought our first home in August. We weren’t even here a month before we ran into an issue which turned out to be a broken underground neutral power line. We contacted Brian because of his reviews online and he and his wife were both extremely pleasant to work with. I’ll be using Brian for any/all my electrical needs. I read he came out on a Saturday to help a customer and I can verify that to be true! We randomly lost power the Saturday before he was going to come out to do an inspection on our home post the power issue and I contacted him asking what he thought was the issue because at this time we had temporary power running from the transformer directly to our home and Brian came out on a Saturday to try and help without hesitation!

    I am very pleases with the professionalism and quality of their work. Had them design & install lights in my enclosed pool area. Very pleased with what was done. I again hired them for work on my gazebo; it was completed quickly & skillfully. I am now hiring them to install lights in my back yard. Absolutely 5 star work.

    I highly recommend Brian with Opiitz Electric ! We were having some power surges in our main business building and he was out immediately. He found the issue within minutes and called FP&L to get them out to fix this emergency issue. We are lucky our building had not burned down . He was available that evening by phone and to come back out to our business if the power company needed him for anything . Very nice to work with and we really appreciated his professionalism!!

    This is a family owned business. I was having an electrical issue trying to install a gas fireplace and called to get some help. They were responsive and made me feel at ease that they could resolve the issue. They showed up as scheduled and fixed my electrical issue quickly. This is a very experienced group, kind and friendly. I would t hesitate to call them back for other electrical work.

One item was an improperly wired house, to which he troubleshot expertly and resolved in quick fashion. He even called back some days later, just to be assured that the work was satisfactory.     We engaged Brian Opitz to install our Lanai Lights as they are the only installers for Sunset Lighting Designs lights. After coming to evaluate the job, Brian and his crew showed up on time and ended up having to spend extra time for the install due to complications in installing on our concrete columns. Brian ensured me he could solve the problem and keep to his goal of having no visible wires for the lights. He was true to his word, and the lights work beautifully. I want to thank him for his professionalism and the hard work of the crew that went above and beyond. Highly recommend their service, particularly if you are looking at lanai lighting.

    We recently had Opitz & Sons Electric install a transfer switch for our home, and we couldnt be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.Brian, the technician from Opitz & Sons, was excellent. He promptly responded to our inquiry and requested photos of our electrical control panel to provide an accurate quote. The quote was reasonable, and we scheduled the installation.On the day of the installation (Friday), Brian arrived on time and worked efficiently to install the transfer switch.     Brian provided outstanding service at my home today. What makes Brian an outstanding electrician, compared to others Ive had at my home for quotes, is he listens to my concerns and electrical problems I need fixed and he provides a solution that is compliant with current code. Following current code is paramount to me to ensure my home electric is safe. Previous work at my home, prior to my ownershjp, was not complaint with code and unsafe! Wow...Terrible!! Im so glad repairs are done. It was easy to get a quote... I sent photos via text to Brian of my home electric problems and he explained via text what needed to be done and sent quote to my email same day. His pricing is fair and he provided quality parts to fix my problems. The new light fixture he installed in my master closet Ive never seen before but it is great. The new fixture lights up my master closet great and no bulb change for 20 years or longer. Great fixture I wouldnt have selected... and its energy efficient and modern. He also provided an outdoor outlet for my irrigation system. Great work. I will be calling Brian again when I need electrical work. He explained corrections he made to former incorrect work and fixed another problem he found in my outdoor electric box I wasnt aware of with no added cost to my quote.
