Donnie just did an amazing job of taking our dining/kitchen wall down and creating a new half wall that will support a quartz countertop. The experience with he and Bridget was superb from the 1st phone call. We agreed on a fair price, set the date and he was there promptly every day until job was complete. Donnies work is precise and methodical, and our wall looks like it was part of the original house construction. We are thrilled with the outcome!! See progress pictures attached. Donnie is truly a talented carpenter. Few days ago he installed our new butcher block kitchen counter top. He not only helped me select the boards in Mobile but also drove them to our house. Without his knowledge i probably would not have selected the correct ones. Donnie is meticulous in his work, therefore cutting corners (excuse the pun) is not an option for him as everything has to look just perfect. We also had chosen an undermount sink which required precise measurements since clearance was tight and, of course, he did it just right. We are very pleased with his work and we highly recommend Donnie Gipson Carpentry to everyone.

We can’t say enough good about this man! He is honest, conscientious, and very skilled, reasonably priced considering you’re getting the best in the business!We are completing a new home. We’ve had to adjust because our framers didn’t square everything up, cabinets were not all plumb, etc. I promise you that nobody has to go behind Donnie to fix something.Hiring Donnie to do our trim work / staircase and his brothers to do our tile has been the best choice we have made in this entire building process.
