We used Drohan Development this summer to replace our wood siding with Hardie Board and weβre so glad we chose them! Jake was so good with quick communication, everything stayed right on schedule, meticulous work and most importantly really reasonable pricing.I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! -

Jake and Co built our new deck a few weeks back. They were extremely easy to work with, handled any issues we had promptly, and responded to our texts/phone calls right away. Ive already recommended Drohan to a few friends that need work done, and I intend to have them come back soon to do some more work on our house. -

I would highly recommend Drohan Development for any of your home improvement needs. In 2021, we just had an addition put on our house in Marshfield. Jake and Jesse guided us through the entire project from the permit process to the final inspection. We love our new addition with two extra bedrooms and one-half bathroom- this gives us so much extra room. The guys were very easy to communicate with. They answered every call and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend Drohan Development.
