Ive come to rely on Brinkmeiers for all my plumbing needs. The quality and professionalism far outweighs the customer service difficulties I once had. Overall theyve earned a solid 5 and Id recommend their service if you want your plumbing needs done right.Ive had Brinkmeier rescue me from emergency plumbing situations on two occasions and found them to be professional and helpful. This last time however surprised me with their lack of urgency and unwillingness to respond to my situation. Their attention to my needs failed a minimum level for common courtesy. In August we requested they help stop a leaking shower. They said they would but never got back. After three more calls with a similar response I made a fourth call and was told they did try to contact us. No message was left or indication they called was on my phone. I gave her my personal mobile phone number and was told she would get back to me within the week. It is now Nov. and they still havent responded. Three months later and 4 conversations with their scheduler for which she promised but failed to respond I made other plans to fix the worsening leak.Dont know why we were blown off. I guess Brinkmeiers have sufficient clientele that they can ignore anyone new or someone with smaller jobs. I would not recommend Brinkmeiers Plumbing of Pearl City but if they do ever respond their work is fine. They just lack common coutesy.
