Dave picked up my call on a Saturday afternoon despite not knowing me. He agreed to come over after he finished a job he was currently on. He assessed a difficult crisis situation in the basement, which involved coming back on Sunday. Daves diagnosis was correct, that a waterproofing company recently doing work at our house had probably accidentally severed a pipe. He found lots of stones in a key pipe. As Dave isnt our regular plumber, the rest will be taken care of by someone else, but were very happy with his availability, skills, and price. By the way, the basement waterproofing company will take responsibility for this problem.

Dave is an honest and hardworking man. I have done sewer scope inspection with him and found some roots. He was able to first clear the line with hydrojetting a few times and pulled out thick ball of roots with his metal chains. Amazing work. Will be a repeat customer!

David is absolutely the best! He was genuine, professional, very responsive and honest! This is a well deserved review!!! We had some blockages that was causing the toilet to leak out some water in the basement. It was affecting the sink and tub as well. I had contacted a well known company, (pretty sure you know who) and they were here for hours and were able to get me a “partial flow” and tried to charge me $11,000 for what they said was the problem. There was no way! I did some research, found United Sewer and Drain. David was so quick to respond and was here the next morning! He was able to clear out some blockages for a great price and get this, it took him less than an hour! I wish I had contacted him first. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone!!!

He is the best! After 2 calls with rotorooter and $700 later they couldn’t fix my backed up line. David came out and did everything within an hr and my line is clear! Sludge/ grease deep in line. How did rotorooter miss that? I thought I had a major problem from what they were saying and looking at thousands for what they were suggesting. Thank you Dave, for coming out on a Sunday, new yrs eve, and saving us from calling several other places to figure out what was going on.

I called United Sewer & Drain because my washer pipe keep backing up in my basement. I tried draino and thrift which seemed to be a temporary fix. I called United Sewer & Drain because I noticed he was the only one who had 5 Stars across all his reviews. OMG did I make the right decision, they came and explained everything that he was going to do. Very pleasant business man with a great personality and more importantly he solved my problem. That pipe drains better now then when I moved here 15 yrs ago. I will recommend this business to everyone I know . They deserve more that 5 STARS!

I am more than happy to have found this company and David! What a pleasant, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, genuine person! I had been dealing with a drain company for years, and once they sold their business over, their professionalism and customer service changed. I had a septic issue, which a plumber wanted to charge $3000, to change pipes unneccesarily, claiming a busted pipe, that was not busted .David was willing to come out and inspect everything with a camera, the very day and the very hour I called, right when he was home and done for the day, right before Christmas! There wasnt even an additional weekend or holiday fee, like others would charge! I had him come the next day! The service went above and beyond, the typical drain cleanout! My maintenance guy, who was there, was amazed as well! I will be using United, for all my drain and Septic needs! Thank you so much!

We had an overflowing toilet and clogged mainline on a Saturday. We called at least 8 or 10 plumbers and David at United Plumbing was one of the few that actually responded to us. His pricing was far and away the best of any quote we had been able to get, and his willingness to come out on a Saturday late afternoon/early evening and not charge any kind of emergency fee like a few places that eventually called us back did was amazing. The couple of national chains we called wouldnt even quote us over the phone, they had to come to the site to see the issue, even though we knew exactly what the problem was.On top of that, he fixed the issue very quickly and being a local small business, we will absolutely call him again for any plumbing issues we have! We highly recommend him!

Weve hired Dave twice now--once at our previous home and just recently. Both times, he responded promptly and was able to come out within a couple of hours. Our latest ordeal involved our very mischievous toddler flushing a tennis ball down our toilet (who knew that could even happen?!). Dave was able to remove it and saved us from having to buy a new toilet. Dave is friendly, funny, and kind and also has very reasonable rates! Highly recommend United Sewer and Drain as anyones go-to drain company!

I have a multi family home and my tenants toilette would not flush - he came in and handled the situation ...he was very nice , timely and price was super reasonable and explained the different things he would have to do in case the first process did not work and was upfront about pricing. Diagnosed the issue, was able to clear the blockage, took the time to explain the issues and potential resolutions to the problem, was up front in terms of cost for the work. Nothing but good things to say about Dave and United Sewer and Drain. I had the sewer line to a multi family back up late in the day on New Years Day. I called and Dave was on site within an hour. He snaked the drain and then used a camera to inspect the line from clean out in house to connection with main. It was obvious this was not his first rodeo. He explained what he was doing and why while trying to diagnose the issue. He was very upfront with costs and scope of work. I will absolutely call him first if I have any drain issues in future and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a piece of my main sewer line crack. Dave came to my house on a Sunday at the drop of a hat and gave me a free quote and assessment of the work. He had to come back the following day because, being Sunday, he couldnt get to a supply house for the specific part required. But he returned promptly the next morning and quickly and cleanly repaired the cracked pipe. Along the way he discovered the cause of it all was a back up in the sewer line, which would be a whole new job. He had a busy day ahead of him and understandably had to take care of his appointments, but he promised he would return as soon as possible. He did eventually return at 7pm, and as tired as he seemed after a long day, he worked his butt off and had the drain free and clear within the hour. Prompt service, hard worker, professional, and for a great price.

United was fast to respond to my request for an appointment through Home Advisor. They were straight forward with their pricing and the final bill matched the quote exactly. The work was completed on time and they warranty the work for 1 year(hopefully i dont need to use the warranty). Payment was taken by credit card on Square, which is very convenient. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. You can confidently rely on them to get the job done when you need it.Edit: have used for 2 jobs since initial review. Still happy. Most recent was an 8 pm call from me when I broke a natural gas valve, they can right over, fixed it and then stuck around for a simple sink job that I was going to call for eventually. Left my house at 1130 pm. Youre hard pressed to find that level of responsiveness and service these days.
