We couldn’t be happier with our experience having Albrecht Home Improvements renovate our main bathroom. From our first meeting with Alec, quote/contract process, to the work that the installers did, everything was top notch. The tile work is especially impressive. Zack led the install and knew exactly what needed to be done. The guys arrived early every day and stayed on the job until it was complete - and they cleaned up everything including wiping the entrance way floor every day before they left. Hardwood and carpet floors were all protected with coverings and nothing in our home got dinged or scratched. We felt very comfortable having the Albrecht team in our house and will certainly have them back to do more projects.Also, the project was completed in less than the estimated time, on budget, and they never ran off to work on other jobs. Alec was an absolute delight to work with. I always got quick responses back when contacting him for times and other inquiries. He was so kind to even pick up our tile from the store! The day of install, he made sure to have a set up that left the house clean and made the job quick to complete. Alec did an amazing job on for my kitchen back splash. I went through the tile shop in Glenburnie and was hoping out of all of the contractors they had I would find an amazing one and I did. Alec called back the same day and scheduled my estimate and I put my deposit down and set the date, he was punctual and very precise in doing the the design and I feel blessed that it turned out better than I imagined. Alec is my contractor for life! I love my Kitchen!

I had water leaking above my basement sliding door. They came in and found the problem was my upstairs sliding door and no flashing when it was installed. They repaired and installed a new door upstairs correctly. They were ON TIME…EVERY TIME! Slight issue with door locking smoothly and they returned first thing the next morning to correct it. From day one they have been responsive and on time when they said they would be here…early in fact sitting in the parking lot at 6:45am for a 7am appointment. I could not be more impressed. I called several other contractors before calling them and not one of the other contractors ever even returned my call. Fair price and quality work. I will be using them for any future work needed. I keep saying “they” but all my contact has been with Alec so kudos to him! Thank you Alec!!!!

The bathroom remodel was not an easy task for anyone. Add the fact that any change to my husbands routine is a challenge with his Alzheimer’s. They were on time everyday, cleaned up after everyday to ensure we could still use our bedroom and performed outstanding work to a finished remodel. I could not be any happier. The attention to detail, working with my husband and I to accommodate our needs and overall professionalism is top notch. Highly recommend.

We recently hired Albrecht Properties & Home Improvements to do some work in our basement. This included installing a countertop and sink as well as putting in backsplash in the basement kitchen. Albrecht also removed old appliances and put in new ones. In addition, this company put in a new sink, countertop and floor in the basement bathroom.I would not hesitate to hire Albrecht again for any home remodeling. Tom and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were prompt, reliable and very efficient with all that was assigned to them. I liked it that they did not start the job and then go to another job. They started and continued until the job was finished. With so many bigger companies having so much overhead (and charging the customer for it as well), we appreciated that the estimate amount was fair and not overinflated.Albrecht does really nice work, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you to Tom Albrecht and his team. We are very happy with the work that you did!

Love our full bath remodel. When Tom says they will start at 7 oclock they will be waiting outside by 6:55! Everyone was professional and efficient.
