Where to start? I met the owners at one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. We were regulars there and we started chatting about owning our businesses. We eventually became friends. Heres the reason why I said that. I told them how Richmond American Homes installed all my wiring terribly. My garage was running on a 15 amp and powering too many things. Will the owner made a proposal/suggestion to add a another power box into my garage and create dedicated lines to each of my needs. One to a compressor and to a ceiling mounted heater. He sent me a proposal that itemized everything needed to complete the job. We scheduled a walk tour before install. They went over what was being done and answered any questions. I added a few things to the build. He showed me what he was going to do and where things would be installed. After a few days I pulled the trigger and setup a install date. I needed time to clean out my messy garage for them to work. Install day, they came bright and early ready to go! They had a safety and meeting before the install going over everything. Very professional. Ive worked with a lot of vendors and I was impressed how easy it was to communicate with them. They were very respectful and careful around my property. They would make sure everything was being placed where I wanted it. Im very impressed with how professional, communicate, and their work was done! They over exceeded my expectations with this job! You can definitely tell they lots of experience and it showed! The job was scheduled for two days. They pride themselves with their job by details and install. Everything was done clean and they clean up afterwards. The panel was placed perfectly and accessible. The final inspection, it was done so clean and looked great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent Electrician for both commercial and residential applications! Im not surprised by their high and perfect ratings, they definitely deliver! Plus you are supporting a locally-owned mom and pop company!

The guys were great I called them at 6 o’clock Monday morning and they were here by 6:30 addressing the problem. I had a broken underground power cable and they were able to locate it and fix it right away. Did a great job.

We are working with William Tell electric on our current renovation. WTE was the clear choice from the beginning as WTE walked through the entire project in detail giving us suggestions, listening to our design needs, and marking out placements for switches and outlets so we wouldn’t have to keep track that no detail was missed. (Another company gave us a bid without looking at any room in detail so we knew WTE was only way to go.) Everyone working with WTE has arrived in a timely manner, been helpful and friendly, works hard, and is knowledgeable of the entire project. When any question arises, we have easy communication with WTE, and last minute changes are met with enthusiasm and quickly incorporated into the workflow. We can’t wait to move in to our renovated home and know that lighting and electrical is done to the highest standard and will suit our lifestyle for many years to come.
