Hired Justin and Principle to replace the entire electrical panel for a house I had just bought. Panel was 45 years old and some of the breakers would not reset. I got quotes from 5 companies total. Justin’s quote was not the cheapest, but it was the most thoroughly laid out and when I met Justin, I felt like this person would do everything right.On the day of replacement, Noah showed up. So professional, polite, immediately gave me confidence. The day long process was a bit stressful as we did not want to be without power overnight. Justin and Daniel showed up to help out as well. Everything was handled by Justin and I did not have to deal with the inspector or power company at all.Where Justin really made me a customer for life was his above and beyond response. The day after his crew left, my HVAC guys sprung on me that in addition to 110V line they needed, they needed a 220V line. Principle had taken care of the 110V line when they replaced panel the day before. I thought “oh no, this last minute, emergency request is going to cost me an arm and a leg!” When Justin billed me for all the additional, last minute requests, I was so pleased that the bill was reasonable, fair and did not take advantage of my predicament.It’s so hard to find quality trades who will do the job correctly, with a care for how their end product looks, and do it for a reasonable price. Justin has built a small but excellent company with Daniel and Noah that I will not hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you Justin, your help and professional conduct during a very stressful process has made me really glad I chose Principle Electric! Your name says it all.

I found this company because our Genrac installer was no longer doing our area. We have had our generator since 2021. We had a fault code on our Generator that said we needed a technician to fix it. I Looked on Genrac website for dealers & service. This company was close to our area. Customer service was awesome. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Was able to get an estimate on what may need to be done. Steve sets up the appointments and is very knowledgeable on the system also. Steve told me who the technician would be coming out to our house. He also offered other services they provide and the cost. I Felt no pressure on purchasing those extra Services. Justin was the master electrician assigned to the job and is also the owner of the company. I received text messages about our appointment and to confirm the day I made the appointment. I also received reminder texts the day before and on the appointment day. I also received a text when he was on his way. Justin very was professional & thorough. He arrived on time also in a marked company truck. Was able to diagnose our issue quickly and service our Genrac. Very knowledgeable about the Genrac system. I like that they have an account management website to look at your appointments, quotes, look at invoices and pay your bill. That is very convenient. Our family will definitely be using this company again in the near future for our generator and electrical needs. So definitely recommend this company especially if you have a Genrac Home Generator. Also recommend the yearly service plan and remote monitoring of your Genrac. Definitely worth the cost.

Daniel is very friendly and professional. He has done several jobs on my home and the quality of his work really shows! He is also willing to answer any questions and always ensures that the customer understands the root issue.
