    We had a problem with our sewer line backing up and the ventilation of the drainage system seemed to have negative pressure in the line causing toilets and sinks to gurgle. The technician came quickly and even though they were a few minutes behind, they communicated well and promptly so I knew what was happening...and they were only 20 min later than expected. The technician was professional, friendly and I was comfortable with him in my home. The job was done well and efficiently. I appreciate the fact that Roto Rooter has also given me a 6 month warranty on the job and has offered to give me a complimentary scope of the lines to make sure they don’t miss anything. Peace of mind is worth the money spent.

    Excellent emergency service within 1 hr of calling. Tech used his expertise to clear main sewer blockage (80 ft down the line) of near-complete blockage by infiltrated tree roots just by feel within 15 min. Had all the right equipment in his van. Tech was friendly, reassuring, and so proficient! Pricing very reasonable, their food drive promotion of “donate 4 cans of food and get $100 off” was very nice!

    When you are calling the plumber on a saturday evening, you know things are NOT going well in life! Our bathtub had filled half way with raw sewage & despite hours of plunging, nothing was moving. Most plumbers in a google search list that they are 24/7 - but it doesnt take long to find out that it isnt true. They only have a 24h call service. Most wanted to see us the next day, leaving us with the bathtub (& odor) overnight. My 3rd call was to Root-Rooter and after hearing the problem, a plumber was dispatched to my house within 1-2 hours! Manny M arrived and was so professional, kind & skilled. He went above and beyond in his diagnosing and then expediently treating the problem with snake throughout several of our pipes - not just the one clogged. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, our tub was drained. We are so impressed with Roto-Rooter and their commitment to the highest level of customer service and for hiring such a hard working and personable plumber like Manny. We cant rate them high enough! Thank you!

    Great night with Roto-Rooter. I was the last on their schedule. They didn’t come to my home until 1130 on Friday night because they had been busy all night helping other customers.     The camera tech who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and honest. He explained why the previous tech was not able to clear the blockage. He spent more time that expected to shoe me what the cause was and what needed to be done to clear the blockage. He was clean as possible and respectful of our desire to keep the rest of the house clean on drips and foot marks. I was very impressed by him

    Shout out to Braze, he came out the same day I requested a quote. Super professional and informational, he didnt mind all the questions, concerns, or the requests I had. My little boy (3) was interested in who the stranger was and what he was doing but Braze was kind and didnt mind him watching what was going on. Super helpful and knowledgeable about process of the work as well as straight forward with what to expect. Request him for your next quote or inquiry.Update: Didnt end up using the service as price was higher than others. I ended up replaceing the pipe open trench style. Would still recommend getting a quote, but consider other providers as well. Cant speak to their work as they didnt work on my pipe.

    My husband and I had 3 different companies comit to a job at our house and all 3 failed to show up or cancelled at the last minute for 2 days.     Andrew and Bryce were AMAZING! They came out within an hour on a Saturday to help me with a clogged main sewer line. My house on the west side of Salt Lake City was built with a 150’ run to the city sewer, making it nearly impossible to clean with standard auger equipment. Luckily, Andrew was prepared with an additional 100’ of auger line. It was a battle, and nearly 100 degrees, but Andrew had an awesome “can-do” attitude, and got the roots cleared from our line. Bryce was then able to give me a very detailed view of my line with his scope camera, and recommend some possible next steps in order to prevent this situation from happening again. These guys make an awesome team and really a joy to work with in an otherwise unpleasant situation.

    I’m the last guy to call a plumber, always trying to diy everything I possibly can. After hours of trying to diagnose and fix a small faucet leak to no avail, I caved and decided to call a plumber. Roto-Rooter was offering free estimates for memorial day weekend so I figured why not. They had a technician at my house within the hour. Joshua was a very knowledgeable and genuinely nice guy that I was grateful to have come give me his professional opinion on how to fix my faucet leak. I’m forever changed as the guy who refuses to call a plumber haha. Matter of fact next time I have any sort of plumbing related issue calling Josh will be the first thing I do.     I was having issues with the shower head and it not wanting to stay in place. John came in and was very personable, my dog loved him as well after only meeting him a couple minutes prior. I took him to the bathroom where he was able to identify the issue within a few minutes and was able to give me a breakdown of what was going on and many ways to fix it! I’m very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge he had. I’ll definitely be calling back with any and all plumbing issues for the future and would recommend them for sure!

    I had a leak under the sink and I contacted Roto Rooter Fri night at 10pm and immediately scheduled an appointment for Sat at 10am, with no hold. I had previously called 9 other 24/7 plumbing services and none of them were able to schedule an appointment at all, let alone the next day at 10am. I was contacted an hour before the tech, Andrew, arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived a couple mins early. Andrew was completely professional and polite, he was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained the leak only happened when knob on one of the pipes was turned off and it wasn’t an urgent fix. He offered his rate and explained warranty. I didn’t have it fixed because it wasn’t urgent. No guilt trips from Andrew. He answered all my questions and continued to be courteous even though I didn’t have him do the work. I didn’t think good quality technicians like Andrew existed anymore. Made my day! Thank you Andrew and thank you Roto Rooter.
