E&W did a great job sizing a generator for us and getting it installed. We got a couple of estimates and they were the best value for our house. Leading up to installation day the city was slow on permitting by E&W remained diligent and communicative with us and were able to get the permits and install scheduled. The time of the install was only 3 hours (1 hour of which was E&W waiting on the electric company to come and turn the power to the house back on). After the installation there was a small issue with one of our air conditioning units, E&W returned the same day and addressed it quickly even during the days leading up to Christmas. All in all a great experience and fully recommend E&W for anyone looking for a generator.

This is a great company! Very knowledgeable and helpful...from the first meeting with Karen in the office, to the on-site visit with Leland and ending with the installers....Cooper, Lopez & Alden.Our generator was installed on Dec 3 and the temps were in the 20s and 30s all day. These 3 guys worked in the cold and they never stopped to ensure we were without electricity for the least amount of time possible. They arrived on time, had all of the necessary supplies and equipment and immediately went to work. They tested the generator to make sure it would start up, checked to make sure everything in the house was working, explained the operation of the generator and cleaned up all of the debris before leaving. They were very professional and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were VERY pleased with the job they did. We would rate these 3 guys as 10 out of 10! Many thanks to the entire team!!We would highly recommend this company if youre looking to have a home generator installed.

I have used them since 2020. Anytime you call they answer the phone. Even though they are west TN, they will come same day for an emergency or within a day for routine maintenance notifications from your generator. EVERY worker has been professional and gone above and beyond and not cut a corner. I wish more companies worked this hard and were this good at their job. Exceptional company.

We purchased a large unit and had it installed. There were some issues from the beginning. Called, and had spoke to the office. Cole came out the next day. We had a gas leak, issues with the wifi and Cole got engaged quickly. The next day Dustin came back out fixed a few issues, waited on gas company to put in a new meter. Then he completed the set up. It may not have went as expected but they got involved quickly, and resolved the issues in a timely professional manner. Thank you to the Ladies in the office, Cole, and Dustin to ensure the end result was all resolved quickly. Appreciate it and the customer service provided. Sometimes there are hiccups, but they resolved them immediately.

From the sales process to the delivery and install I found E&W Electrical Solutions to be a very professional company that is truly customer service focused. I purchased and had installed a whole house generator. Pricing was competitive but what stood out was their responsiveness. Excellent service working with me to arrange purchase and installation of a standby generator (Generac); excellent pricing with bundled package charged extra by another company; great extended warranty. Installation of extended line for natural gas; installation, initiation, and testing of generator all done professionally and with particular care. Both phases of project took all day. Workmen arrived on time and persisted until installations were done, tested, work-areas cleaned up completely. Office followed up with call to be sure a needed work-around had been performed to my satisfaction. It was, requiring work not part of the installation. Again, excellent service. Worth every penny I’ve paid.

Installing the transfer switches, drilling through brick & cinder block, running the generator feed from one side of the house above my drop ceiling to the other side of the house. Great customer service. I had my generator installed 2 years ago and everything went well. Left a review back then on the great crew that installed it. Since then the service department has maintained the unit on schedule and always with a smile.Now during this cold weather our power went out but the gen did not turn on. I had the service guys come out in -2 degree weather and they could not have been nicer. They were eager to resolve the issue and get it worked out right away. Cole was super kind and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be done. In fact all his calls that day were for the same issue that was due to the weather. Fortunately it was under warranty.Thanks for continuing to live up to the great service I’ve come accustomed to at E&W.
