They recently installed a new heating furnace and water heater, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They helped design the furnace install in my basement to help alleviate my water issues. And the plumbing team found a water leak I had no idea I had. So thankful! All of the technicians were not only professional but also friendly and respectful, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Calling companies for home repairs can be intimidating, but Ellis Heating went above and beyond to make me feel at ease.Ellis Heating has been a part of the Paris community for many years, and their long-standing history speaks volumes about their dedication and expertise. I called Ellis on Sunday January 18th at 10:00 and left a voice mail. Our gas heater had quit. Figuring it would be awhile before I got a call back I got a fire going in the stove. By 10:10 Blake Ellis had called and said he’d get a guy there but might be after lunch. The technician called shortly after and said he’d be there in about a hour. I had already had another heating company come about6 weeks earlier and look at my unit. The other company advised the heater was fine. The technician came out and advised that the heat chamber was busted and could have been causing carbon monoxide to be blown in the house. The next day Blake Ellis came out first thing in the morning and priced me a new unit. Blake and his ENTIRE group of guys are courteous and very accommodating. They got the new unit in and installed it on February 1st. The unit looks very professionally installed. And more Blake Ellis came out that afternoon to look it over to make sure it meet their high quality standards. After removing the old unit they showed me where the heat exchanger was busted. In SEVERAL PLACES. The other company (A plus heat and air) said a defective unit was perfectly fine. I will be using Ellis heating as long as they are in business. And they’ve been in business along time.

Ellis installed two separate home units in my 100+ year old home. They also serviced the 3rd unit. I can recommend them very highly for any installation that someone needs and also any needed repairs. They are very prompt with service and installation and go above and beyond with customer service and followup.

This gentleman that came to my grandmothers house of very informative. We had actually used him as a third option, unbenounced to him, and he done an amazing job... two other repair men tried to sell me a new unit... this guy told me the problem, offered ways of fixing it... I thought he did an amazing job... I will stick with this company

Outstanding service!!My heat went out at 7:30 am I called Ellis and within 3 hours they were here and fixed my issues and informed me with great knowledge about what went wrong.I highly recommend them and will use them going forward!!
