    ⭐️ UPDATE TO MY REVIEW ⭐️After reading my review the owner personally called me to address my concerns and was very concerned. His demeanor matched this of the technicians and scheduler. I updated my review accordingly and truly believe this company cares about their customers and the quality of their services. Nobody is perfect and can always get it right the first time, but definitely will continue to use their services and recommend them to others‼️OLD REVIEW:I wanted to give them 5 stars ✨ because the main tech who came out was so knowledgeable and kind and all around amazing BUT….when I initially made the call and asked how much the services were I was told $80 dispatch fee plus parts and labor. My grinder pit was alarming! They dispatched 2 techs for this job and essentially cleaned my pit and adjusted the levers. They were at my home 1.3 hrs and charged me $444.02. When I asked for the bill to be itemized I was told their quickbooks system doesn’t do this. I am actually a certified quickbooks expert and found this response quite comical. However I proceeded to tell the manager that as a fellow business owner I would suggest full transparency on the front end to avoid sticker shock when the company spends less than 2 hours on your job, uses 2 inches of pvc pipe, cleans a pump and charges you over $400 per hour. She said, “thanks for your feedback and have a nice day” I’m giving the rest of the staff a 5 still and the manager a 0. I truly hope you hire someone who can show your customers some empathy in the future and acknowledge your shortcomings. Again, very very knowledgeable techs who explain everything. Thank God there was not a more serious issue because I don’t even want to think about what that price would be.

    We had no hot water and they were quick to schedule a crew to come out and fix the problem. Melodies response time was fast. The crew was polite and easy to work with. They quickly diagnosed that the heating element was broken and a few hours later we had hot water again. Thanks for great service.

    Weve had the privilege of using JG Graybill several times for a renovation project we recently completed. Each visit they were professional, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Bill was amazing at helping us creatively problem solve a few issues we were having, and went the extra mile to help us out several times. We have also used JG Graybill at our rental property and have been very happy with the results. I really appreciate the integrity and humility I have witnessed in Evan, Bill, and Mitch- this is a great team of guys!

    My wife called me at work and to report our 12 year old water heater stopped working again. I called J.G. Graybill who was able to walk me through some options, offered some advice, and then scheduled the replacement of my water heater for later that same day. Service techs Bill and Mitch were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job getting things back up and running in no time. Very happy with the experience and have peace of mind the job was done right. Almost like having a plumber in the family.

    Bill and Mitch did a great job replacing our toilet. Originally had them come in to fix a squeak, but it turned out to be a cracked and leaky toilet that could have caused serious damage. Very respectful of our house and worked quickly. Would recommend.

    We had an ongoing issue with a clog in our kitchen sink that we could eventually not repair on our own. It became an emergency and we had another plumbing company come out and they estimated the work to be $2,200. After getting a 2nd opinion from JG Graybill they came in $1,000 cheaper. They finished the work in half a day and were very professional. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and the job that they did.

    I hired JG for a mid-sized commercial build-out, their communication in the office and on-site was very professional and thorough. The plumber on our job knew the plumbing code inside and out & always went above & beyond to make our 3 month long project go as smooth as possible. Due to the project size & time constraints, scheduling was a challenge with all trades, but the guys at JG consistently adjusted and delivered quality work and communication (a rare combination in the construction industry). Additionally, they stayed organized with many change-orders throughout the project resulting in fair pricing.

    Bill and Mitch were here on two occasions. Both are very thorough and quite considerate. They repaired a leak in our foyer ceiling. They consulted with us about replacing CPVC piping beneath an upstairs bathroom. They replaced a toilet in our basement. We are very happy with their work.

    Having your well pump die is NEVER fun. This is not the first time its happened in our 35 years here, so we knew what to expect. Our long time plumber has joined their team. He fits in well. All the folks that showed up worked well together. What they needed was brought to them by other team members. What they didnt know about our setup (which is a bit unusual) they found out. With the new pump, controller, and a new way to wire things, this setup may last another 15 years or more. THANKS FOR YOUR HARD WORK!!

    The igniter on our H2O heater needed to be replaced. At first it wasnt clear if it was the blower or the igniter (or something else) that wasnt working correctly. Bill from JG Graybill did a great job first assessing and then replacing the igniter, which was 8 yrs old. Leading up to Bills repair visit, I had spoken with Evan from JG Graybill who was, and who has always been (on previous call to JG Graybill) very courteous and helpful.

    They have come and fixed my garbage disposal/sink for me multiple times after I accidentally clogged it or put something down the disposal that causes it to stop working.     We had a pipe freeze in our home early this morning, causing the kitchen and lower level garage to flood. Evan sent out Bill to service our house before noon. Bill is very professional and did what needed to be done despite the circumstances. He was able to restore water.     I would like to highly recommend Bill and Mitch to anyone that needs custom plumbing work and repair. Bill and Mitch were very professional, prompt and were able to hook up my high end Hansgrohe rain shower and hand held shower system. Other plumbers wanted to charge an arm and a leg for the same work and didnt have the knowledge and experience that Bill and Mitch provided. Im getting ready to renovate my other bathroom, and I plan to use them both, once again. Thanks again Bill for your knowledge and wonderful skills. In addition to trimming out my shower, Bill repaired a supply line leak to the toilet in my other bathroom and also connected the waterfall faucets to the vanity in the master bath. WELL DONE!!!
