They completely rewired our home after Hurricane Michael -- and they so deeply impressed us with the quality of work, responsiveness and professionalism, that I honestly would not ever choose to go anywhere else. Would recommend Telford Reynolds to anyone who ask me. I have known him for several years through my Real Estate business but when Hurricane Michael tore up my home he came right out and installed a temporary power pole so contractors could put my home back together. I also got an estimate from him for a whole house generator which he has installed great price, fantastic work. My husband and I are very pleased with him and his company. Very honest, kind, humble man. He also helped my son after the hurricane with his issues. Thank you for always being there for us.

I have known Telford Reynolds for almost 30 years, and he has always lived a life of integrity, excellence, and faithful service to others. He is highly educated and trained in his profession, always with a pleasant attitude. When Hurricane Michael destroyed our electrical service panel, I contacted Telford for a replacement. He was being pulled in countless directions as so many afflicted people were crying out for assistance. He said he would get one of his technicians to my home as soon as he could. After a few days, when he still was unable to send someone, due to the extraordinary crisis, he let me know he had not forgotten me. True as always to his word, it wasn’t much later till a technician came and installed a new service panel. The cost was reasonable, and the work was effective and deeply appreciated! I would highly recommend Telford Reynolds Electric to anyone!

Met Telford several times on our jobsites. He is personally engaged on every job and will give you an honest opinion and fair price. They are not perfect but they do try their best to accommodate our requests and schedules. Their guys in the field are very knowledgeable and courteous with our homeowners. After hurricane Michael and going without power for days, we decided to get a whole home backup generator. I contacted Mr. Telford Reynolds and he scheduled a meeting with me to determine my power needs and provide an estimate! He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! His estimate was very fair and I signed a contract with him! His staff were all super to work with from day one! Mr Reynolds provided me with a schedule for the installation and met the entire schedule without and slippages and the install was outstanding by his electricians, technicians and staff! Telford Reynold Electric just installed our whole house generator. We could not be more thrilled with the service we received from beginning to end. My Reynolds himself came to our house to provide information information regarding the generator we were interested in purchasing.They promptly call us when the generator arrived at their home store and scheduled the install immediately. The installation team contacted us before their arrival and were at our house on time.The install took the better part of the day, but Mr. Reynolds team worked non-stop to have the generator installed....even through the rain! Once the generator was installed, the technician assisted with the online set up (we have a generator with Wifi) and gave us an inservice on the various components.We could not be happier with our generator, the price for what we received and the service that was provided!

We called Telford Reynolds Electric to learn about whole house generators after Hurricane Michael destroyed most of the Florida Panhandle in October 2018. Even though Mr. Reynolds’ office and home were damaged after the hurricane he still provided service to his customers. One of his satisfied customers recommended him to us and we are glad they did. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood all our options and then gave us firm prices based on our choices. His men came when scheduled and acted professional during the entire process. Our 22 KW Generac Generator was installed in early February 2019 and has worked perfectly since. We will recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone asking our opinion. We found them to be honest, reliable and professional.

I hired an electrician to install an outside outlet for a hot tub who did not show up. I was in a pinch and Mr. Telford personally returned my call, had the office call me and scheduled an estimate the next day. The price was very fair as I compared several quotes. THEN, they had technicians actually do the install the following day. I was called with a heads up call both times as the tech was on the way. This job was not an easy task which required running wire underneath a deck in the high heat. The workers never complained although I was offering shade and water constantly for fear of heat strokes. Therefore I absolutely can say without a doubt this company is being run very professionally, competively, and fast responding. I wish him continued success.

Telford Reynold Electric saved our vacation rental company from a nightmare, no ac in the middle of summer. We called them and they came out right away and ran new wiring from the panel to the HVAC.
