    Two years ago, we had an extremely difficult complicated electrical add-on to bring 100 Amps to our swim Spa hot tub combo.Josh from Home Team Electric came out and gave us a very, very thorough estimate and bid, explaining what could be done why it was using the materials that were being used and why the cost was what it was. It was all information that I could verify on the Internet and I did.He and his team came out on the specified day at the specified timeā€¦ On time and performed the taskJosh also suggested that we get whole house surge protection for the electronics in our oven and other items that would cost hundreds to thousands of dollars if they were blown again after warrantyā€¦ Because we were aware of the cost we dodged because our oven was under warranty from a previous surge we followed his suggestion and he gave us a very good price on it since he was already here.The cost of this surge protection has paid itself over for many times since we have had electrical glitches from storms many timesā€¦ that would surely have messed up electronics.With this job that his team did for us came a whole house inspectionā€¦ Which he has performed for us finding loose connections that are common to happen over years from heat and cold changes as well as electrical vibration.There were connections loosening in our breaker boxes, we are happy that they were found and corrected before there was an issue.We have signed up for subscription to an annual go overā€¦ Which we feel will be an important selling point when we do sell our house.Oh, trying to work with San Bernardino County to get a permit for the work was astonishingly cumbersome and burdensome, and we were running into all sorts of issues trying to complete the permit.Home Team Electric took care of that for us, and the inspection went smoothly.The level of competency of Joshā€™s team as well as the Customer Service was exceptional and helped keep our stress levels down.

    We called out Home Team Electric after looking at Yelp reviews and because we were having trouble with our ceiling fan, and wanted a photocell installed on our landscape lights. Jimmy was our tech, and he was wonderful, friendly and helpful. He explained everything along the way, and provided us with a whole home review.     Javier was super good at what he does. Canā€™t tell u how impressed we all were with his fast and very accurate diagnosis. I was very skeptical that his diagnosis was the only problem and that it would fix my problem. But I was very wrong. We have had other elections out here trying to figure out the problems and were unsuccessful. We are very pleased with the whole job. Even the price (which I thought was high) but soon found out that I could spend that same amount for a non efficient electrician taking a long time and may never have found it or for a very good one in half the time. Thank u again javier. U have a customer for life. šŸ˜ƒšŸ˜ƒšŸ˜ƒ

    What a great experience! From the first scheduling call to the entire visit, Iā€™m super impressed and happy. Carlos was sooo pleasant and professional and he took care of five separate projects in 2-1/2 hours total! He had all the needed equipment on his truck, he was so gracious about cleaning up, and price was reasonable. I received a full print out / report of all areas with sections indicated that needed future attention. EXCELLENT COMPANY, EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN!! Thank you!!!

    I am very pleased with the workers of Home Team Electric. My Halo was not working and Mike discovered that the wire outside had been chewed by a rodents. David came over today and fixed the wire, and also put a cover over the wire so no rodents will chew again. This is located outside where my well is, and it is impossible to keep rodents out of the well house. It looks like the problem has been solved. Thank you!

    Colt, Javier, and DAVID were excellent, courteous, efficient, professional, and fun to work with. Colt explained everything so I knew what was going on. They completely rewired the house in 1 day, and the cost was more than reasonable. Colt, Javier, and David were very well organized, cleaned up and left everything as it was before they started. Colts always been a pleasure to work with this has been the second time and in the future I will be working with Colt and Home Team Electrical again.     Home Team hit it out of the park! We first called late at night because our main breaker was tripping every 20 mins causing a loss of AC unitsā€¦we spoke with Josh who quickly returned our call, listened to the issue, and requested pictures of the box..he offered to come out immediately (about 9:30 pm) or he would fit us into his schedule the next dayā€¦which is what we selected. As promised, the next day, I was contacted by the office and a scheduled time was set. Josh and Oscar showed up, explained everything to us and replaced the old failing breakers/switches and even cleaned the inside of the pedestal. They were both easygoing and professional, we even had a few laughs! They also answered a few questions on some other electrical work we may do in the future. Home Team followed up with a call to confirm we were pleased with the work. They did a great job as promised and I highly recommend Josh, Oscar, and Home Team Electric.

    The previous owner of our home used Home Team Electric. We experienced a major electrical failure after a circuit overload and decided to contact HTE. We are so glad we did! First, Mike showed up and after a thorough analysis, identified a major issue, requiring additional service. Mike made sure we were immediately scheduled for a follow-up visit before he left. Next, Joseph and Javier were on the job. They had to rewire the entire north side of our home, which required sorting out wiring under our house. Really impressed with the pleasant professionalism and diligence of all three Home Team techs. So relieved to know we have a company we can count on.

    David and his helper Jimmy came to our house to replace a Main Breaker but noticed when they were done that a component of our solar system was not working, and several inside circuits were not powered as a result. David offered to stay after hours while I reached out to my solar company to try and resolve the issue. The solar guy had me ask David to call him, and as a result David and Jimmy were able to fix the issue right away. It was a simple thing to fix I just didnt know how to do it. The main power switch went off and it was just a simple thing like just pushing the switch fully back then forward and like magic power came back on. That cost tome nothing all because Josh helped !!     Mike is absolutely amazing. He far outshines the others when it comes to handling business, providing explanations, and competently completing the work. My ceiling fan had come loose again. I thought it would be under warranty because two of Mikeā€™s coworkers fixed it before. Well, imagine my surprise to discover that the notes left didnā€™t really indicate that in full. Additionally, it ends up that the fan had a plastic type holder when it should have been metal. Honestly, if the other two people had told me that, I could have gotten it properly fixed the first time, but whatever. Mike took one look at the fan and knew immediately what was wrong. Unfortunately because that was not fixed previously, it was not under warranty and I had to pay in full for Mike to replace properly. He also put up a new ceiling fan for me since I had already purchased it. The best part was that he was open, honest, respectful, and admitted that I should have been told about the plastic versus metal if the previous persons saw it (he was not here). Either way, I appreciated the effort to get everything fixed and working properly. He also took a look at my electric panel and gave me some additional advice on how to prevent any issues. When I save up enough money, Iā€™ll definitely contact this company and request Mike to come out to fix everything and anything electrical. As I told him, it is my first one having ceiling fans, so I was t aware of all the questions to ask or what to look for when someone is repairing. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me the plastic piece online and went in detail on why the fan will continue to fall due to the weight and incorrect item used to hold it in place. That was above and beyond for me and it shows the tripe of person he is and the level of his professional experience. I also appreciated the fact that he didnā€™t try to pressure me in buying different plans or additional things like before. I am not a person who moves with high pressure. I am a thinker. The fact that he just gave me information and asked what I wanted to do and even offered options was a big plus in him winning me over and making me trust him rather than anyone else to handle any future needs. I have already decided to save up for a recommended maintenance repair. I just need the invoice emailed to know how much. All in all, Mike truly surpassed all others and if you contact this company, ask for him to come out. You wonā€™t be disappointed and you wonā€™t be surprised later that something was left out of the discussion. Also, he wonā€™t hard sell you, so that gives you a feeling of satisfaction and confidence in his skills, abilities, and leadership. It is respectful and understanding that some of us need to save up and then make a big purchase. He offered financing, but I am more of a pay cash if possible person. For those who are ok with credit or financing, go for it!

    What I thought was a minor issue turned out to be much more. Josh explained every detail of what he would do to analyze the issue and then after his inspection gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to make us safe after finding multiple issues due to an older home and previous remodel items that were not safe. The team with Josh as lead arrived on time as he had told me they would and completed the project in one day. I was told in advance of the cost so I could plan accordingly. There were other items discovered by Josh for future project but they left today leaving me feeling at ease and thankful for their professionalism and ability to address the issues quickly. We had a challenging re-installation of a Nest outdoor camera that had died and required alot of work in our attic, replacing an outlet and correcting electrical work completed by a previous electrician several years ago.     My experience with Home Team Electric was outstanding right from the start. The young ladies who answered the phone were courteous, respectful and friendly. Their system of appointment reminders is the best. Angel, my technician, was wonderful! He was on time, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done in a personable and professional manner. He was able to take care of the problem with my outdoor lights in a little over an hour. Angel and Home Team Electric provided fantastic work and a great experience!

    Colt and Oscar installed a new modern electric panel in my mobile home which still had the original panel from the date of manufacture in 1965. While doing so they also installed a surge protector that protects my entire home and placed wiring that was exposed in tubing that meets todays required standards. Thank you, Colt and Oscar, for bringing the electrical system in this home to modern-day stan todards. Both electricians practiced their companys stated practice of wearing floor protecting booties, were thorough, professional, courteous, and clean.I highly recommend Home Team Electric. Their service is relatively prompt and efficient and each staffmember Ive spoken with or met has been professional, courteous, and helpful.

    Selling a home can be stressful ... and getting the home inspection report and can make it worse. The Home Team Electric folks (Shannon in scheduling, Angel the electrician) sorted out the electrical issues on the home inspection report and began the work the same day! Customer-service is amazing. Angels clear explanation of the plan and the fixed-price method (rather than hourly) make the whole process smooth and reasonably priced. Im sold!

    Was surprised at how soon this got scheduled. Electrician arrived early, but called first, gave me the estimate up front in detail before starting work, and was able to start immediately. They charge by the job, not by the hour, so no matter how long it takes, same price, no ups or extras. I had researched possible costs for this installation and their price was very reasonable for the three jobs I needed, plus they did things like replace light bulbs they noticed were burned out. Final work was very nice looking and what I needed. They did a free safety inspection which uncovered things I mostly already knew about, but now I have a quote to work with if I ever want to take care of it.UPDATE: Carlos and David returned to install the charger once I had received it in the mail. Did a very nice, neat job of installing it. The charger did not come with a rack for hanging the cord on neatly so they created one out of their own supplies for me and installed it. End result looks very professional and neat, proud of my nice new EV charging station!

    Had no power in my bedroom or master bath. It took a couple of visits to figure out the issue. Turned out it was a poorly wired old lamp in my bedroom! ( DUH!!) Here it is the next day, after three visits, I am trying to arrange financing. The initial bill I got from HOME TEAM ELECTRIC was 1965.15. After they had to return after two failures, I found out that they charged me 2779.00. OMG! They were unable to determine the issue, and I do NOT think I should pay for their inadequacies! I am 74, live alone, and dont have this kind of money! I have absolutely no use for this company! They try to sell you things you do not need! Now I REALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF! BTW! My last comment was friggin EDITED by the owner of this website! N OT OK!!!! Untrustworthy! BUYER BEWARE!

    Josh and Angel are awesome. They work so efficiently and so thorough. The cost of all the repairs and rewiring was a lot for me to deal with. However, I feel safer and more secure in my home.My home is 60 years old and was poorly remodeled in 2017. Josh and Angel did very diagnostic work to figure out what was happening in one area of my home. Josh also did his best to save me some money for an issue I had with a 220 breaker connection.Thanks again for all your hard work.

    Josh was very friendly and extremely professional. He provided quotes for everything I asked and did a great job explaining the full scope of what would be done. He did his own inspection which was great because he pointed out potential hazards as well as explaining what he could do to restore it to code or improve upon.     Big shout out to Josh Randall!Josh came out to our property and did a whole inspection. He was very professional and friendly. We had some issue with the breakers the next day. I called the office to see if it was related to the visit that we had the day before. Josh came right away and took care of everything that we needed. Great customer service and trustworthy guy. He was on time for our initial meet where we worked out what my needs were.Our second meet to do the job was again on time, any questions were handled quickly and the options we had discussed worked out perfectly to get my installs completed in a timely manner.When the job was finished we talked through what was done and everything was checked over and working the way it should.A job well done - no muss, no fuss, he cleaned up and even offered to put back my landscaping (changing that so declined but the offer was excellent!).The new outdoor lighting will take a little getting used to but I feel this addition to my yard adds safety, the lights are the fixtures I really wanted, and I feel Home Team has just increased the appeal and value of my home.
