What a great guy! I have taken my car to fix a vibration to another reputable indy shop in the area - and they fixed it for thousands of dollars...Ihab at MB StarTech took all of 30secs to diagnose it and was done in a matter of minutes fixing it!!! He is a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend him to use for all your Mercedes needs - he is VERY well educated on MBZ vehicles. And a super, super nice guy.

Today we received our MB GLB 250 back after a bad curb incident that dameged our front rim, tire, alignment and control arm. This was my teenage daughter’s 1st accident and it required an extensive repair.When the incident occurred, we Googled places to have it towed to based on customer reviews. We chose MB Star Techs and couldn’t have been happier with their level of service. They were professional, friendly, informative, competent and genuinely helped us out with making everything right again. The price was fair and the attention to detail was like no other automotive experience we have been through. We were also happy to support a local family run business rather than go through a big dealership. We will remain loyal customers for as long as we own Mercedes Benz products. “The best or nothing”.

Yes, I got great service for my old CLK500. It needed a lot of front end repair, The struts and anti sway bars needed replacement plus new tires and motor mounts. Now, my MB drives smoothly. Ihab does all the work himself because he knows what to do, He has worked at different MB dealerships and has been recognized for his outstanding abilities by MB dealers and Germany MB headquarters. Ihab and his son Paul are the absolute best at what they do. M B Star Techs is a great family owned business with Master mechanics who are even better people. Ihab took his time going above and beyond with his service offering. He thoroughly investigated my vehicle while explaining what work might be needed down the line in the future. Ihab prepped me for a long road trip and I had not one problem along the way. Dont think twice!

Hi my name is Christopher and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering having your car worked at Star Tech. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I had always taken my Infiniti G35 to the dealership for every bit of maintenance and repairs since 2008, until one day my G35 kept stalling on me. I took it into the dealership and they gave me a quote for $3,000.00 dollars to repair the problem causing the stalling issue. I felt $3000.00 for this particular job was excessive. After some consideration I started looking and asking around if anyone knew a certified mechanic that can do a BIG fix on my Infiniti. My fathers friend said stop by Star Tech in Palm Harbor. That was the best information anyone could have given to me. From the moment you walk into the shop and see all the certificates hanging on the wall and the cleanliness of shop, it is apparent that Star Tech pays attention to detail. I decided to leave my vehicle with Gary White and his ASE certified mechanics Bob, and Elliot. He had a quote back to me in less than an hour. The quote was 30% less expensive for the repair. I decided to move forward with the repairs, it was the best thing i could have ever done. Gary and his staff were a pleasure to work with, they explained in detail what was causing the problem and everything they would have to do to fix the issue very clearly. They completed the job exactly in the time frame they quoted me. Since then I have taken my car back there many times to have maintenance done on it. Everything from wheel and tire replacement, belts and hoses, etc. They have ALL the tools for every car. Every time I return to have my car serviced,it is the same welcoming experience when I am there. The waiting lounge is very accommodating with complimentary drinks, comfortable chairs to sit in while your car is being serviced. They are professional, friendly and reliable. The most important part to me is their honesty and integrity in their repairs and warranties. I will continue to use Star Tech automotive for all my maintenance and repairs for my vehicles from here on out. I rate this shop Five out of Five stars on all levels.

This is an auto repair business that does it the right way. So fair. Gary is amazing, I cant say enough good things. I met him by getting a second opinion on a high priced repair job someone quoted me. Gary took my vehicle out on the road, came back and said the problem wasnt what they said. He put it up on the lift and checked it out and said the axle was fine and that the problem was in the tire. He fixed it for free. I had to make him take $20 for his time. After this, bring my Audi and Benz to him religiously for all work. Always upfront estimates, fair and timely.

Brought in my CLS63 to replace both my alternator and one of my control arms. Ihab is Very Knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes as hes been specializing in them for over 35+ years and I will continue bringing my car here rather than the dealer. Him and his wife are really down to earth people. Mercedes dealer also stated I needed a new cv axel which wasnt the case when Ihab further inspected it. If you own a Mercedes and need somebody you can trust I would definitely recommend coming here.

I took my 2000 S500 to MB Star Techs after my long-time mechanic kept my car for two weeks and was unable to level the air suspension. I met Ihab and he had my car fixed in less than two hours. It turns out my old mechanic had the sensor in the wrong position. Ihab treated me great, and his price was fair and honest. I asked him some questions about other small issues with my car, and he explained everything very clearly. Ihab is more knowledgeable about Mercedes than anyone else Ive found in Pinellas or Pasco counties. He is a true Mercedes specialist, without the dealership pricing.
