To start, it is never putting a smile on my face when I have a drainage problem but Marina definitely put a smile on my face answering the phone and answering all of my questions! Thanks for being so professional and courteous as a first point of contact and a great “voice” to the company- a true asset!

Sal was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, kind and professional as the day is long. That northeast work ethic thrives in Fla and Flamingo is so very lucky to have him! Of course I found a leak on a Saturday! Chaaaaaaching! Aside of the crazy $250 charge to come to my door and the $200 locate and diagnosis charge $450 before work was even done.... (These are crazy times. Why is there a 9-5 (5) day workweek calendar anymore????) I think Im going to take some plumbing courses....... :/
