    I can’t express my appreciation for Advanced Plumbing. Just moved into my condo 5 months ago. Last night I noticed I had no hot water. System 9 yrs old, expected to replace it w/in next yr or so from advice from the house inspector.I contacted advanced Plumbing about 730pm 12/23/24 expecting to leave a message and hoping they would call me back next morning. Nope the owner himself answered my call. Did a little trouble shooting over the phone w no positive results. I sent him pics he requested. Called me back last night and had a plumber at my house by 9 this morning on Christmas Eve.The plumber was respectful and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem he found. The issue was that the electrical outlet burnt out!!! The plumber went above and beyond my expectations by showing me the damage and explaining what he was doing for me. He cleaned up after himself and ensured hit water was dispersing from my faucets.Again, nothing but the highest respect for this company and its employee. Their pricing was much less than I anticipated, which in turn led me to purchase a larger tank.I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing to all my family, friends and neighbors.

    I broke the main water line entering my home while trying to remove a garden hose that had stuck to the spigot (mixed metals). Called them around 6:30 PM. They would have came that night but I had turned off the water at the street so it could wait. He arrived the next day by 11:30. Replaced house shut off valve , the spigot and had my safer back on in less than 2 hours. Very neat work. Will use again if needed. Highly Recommended .

    Often times as a toofing company we are asked for the recommendation of a plumber. After working with multiple plumbers over the years Advanced Plumbing consistently shows up when they say, does the work keeping the site clean. They never ivercharge the customer and are always fair and honest with their pricing. I always end up being thanked by my customers when i refer them. Recently they installed a new toilet in my shop as well and not only did they do the work quickly, they cleaned up the site. Highly reccomend Advanced Plumbing

    I cant not tell you how pleased I am with your company. Called at 1:00, and Kevin, was at our home at 4:00. Kevin is so polite, and definitely knows what hes doing.     Called Advanced plumbing on a Sunday with a broken well pump. They called back quickly. They scheduled me for first thing Monday. Showed up on time, were professional and told us exactly what they were going to do. Quoted us a price and that is what the price was. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

    Our water heater was leaking on a Sunday night. I called many places and Advanced plumbing called back quickly, walked us through how to stop the leaking, gave us a quote and was out the next morning at the time they said they would arrive. We are so thankful they responded so quickly and installed so quickly at a fair price.

    I cant say enough about how impressed I am with this business. I called with a drain issue. Once I explained what was happening they gave me a simple fix over the phone. They could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me whatever. But they didnt. Its nice to know that there are still some honest stand up businesses out there

    UPDATE: Work was completed.Chris came out and did a great job resealing our toilet and hoping that would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not but told us the owner would call with a quote for additional work in case we needed. 3 weeks with no call. Called them to follow up and gave my mother’s last name and address for the previous job and told they would find me in the system and call me back. Still waiting on that call. Guy who answered phone was very curt and acted like calling him was an inconvenience. Will change review if ever contacted and work completed!

    Sam was absolutely fantastic. We will not be using any other plumbing service in the future and you should follow suit! We’ve used Advanced Plumbing twice now and they have been consistent, honest, and prompt with their service. They’re incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and saved us from getting dooped by another plumbing company who quoted us 27k for a leak in our shower! We were told we needed to re-pipe the entire house, so naturally we looked elsewhere for a second opinion. Sam and Advanced Plumbing saved the day and gave us a simple fix for a fair price and told us what work actually needed to be done. If you’re looking for any plumbing work I couldn’t stress enough that you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not going with Advanced Plumbing. Kindness, efficiency, and honesty goes a long way nowadays and Advanced Plumbing possess all these qualities and then some!

    I can not praise Advanced Plumbing enough! Not only did I have prompt same day service, I was also extremely satisfied with the installation of the new water heater. The serviceman was polite and knowledgeable answering all of my questions as he worked in a timely manner. He removed the old water heater and cleaned up after himself.
