I had a sewer issue and 2 other companies came out and couldnt fix the issue. These guys came out and had the problem diagnosed in 20minutes and fixed the same day. When Im looking for a tradesman to work on my house I want knowledge and honesty. Thats what I found in accurate plumbing doctors who are now my plumbers for life!

Ive used Accurate Plumbing a few times now and theyre fast, knowledgeable, honest, and provide great service. The owner, Dave, is friendly, professional, and responsive. He fixed/replaced my broken shower and educated me in the process. He also found/repaired a leak in my kitchen line that was eluding me on another occasion. I trust him and the team at Accurate Plumbing, and have recommended them to my friends and family. Good people doing great work. 10/10!

I used Accurate Plumbing a week before Thanksgiving. They came right away and cleared the drain from my blocked utility sink and also the kitchen sink and garbage disposal it was connected to.They were fast and efficient and also replaced the wax ring on a toilet that had had a persistent small leak for a long time. No leaks no more.Thanks to David and Rhys. You get my recommendation.

I stumbled upon a water leak in my kitchen this past Wednesday evening. The shutoff valve to my house was broken preventing me from turning off the water and preventing any further water damage from the leak. I got in touch with Accurate Plumbing Doctors and they were able to squeeze me into his booked calendar the following morning to address my issues. The plumber they sent quickly and professionally fixed my broken shutoff valve and water leak in the kitchen. He also replaced a broken outdoor faucet attached to my house. The completed work was excellent and his pricing was extremely reasonable. This is the second time Ive used Accurate Plumbing Doctors located in Palatine, IL for a plumbing issue (the first was a broken water heater circulating pump back in September, 12) and this guys have been great on both occasion. I highly recommend Accurate Plumbing Doctors for any plumbing issues you need resolved!

These guys were everything I wanted in a plumber. I had a water heater that I needed replaced. They answered the phone the first time I called, they came out on Monday (when they said they would), they got me a quote right then and there, and finally, they came back the next day and did the work quickly and without any drama, just like they said they would. Id tried two other plumbing services in Palatine, IL before calling Accurate Plumbing Doctors. The first didnt come back for their second appointment to actually do the work. The seconds quote was literally double what Accurate Plumbing Doctors quoted me and they never called me back to discuss it. These plumbing doctors were very friendly and courteous - Id definitely hire them again.

Accurate Plumbing Doctors just left my house and I am so glad that I called them. My toilet started leaking from between the tank and the commode and after a trip to Home Depot and an hour and a half of frustration, I gave up. It was a ridiculously easy repair, but I didnt have the time and patience to troubleshoot it. Two punctual Palatine plumbers arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call and were completely professional and very willing to help me with my malfunction. They were very quick and explained to me what I had done wrong, and what they had done to fix it. The charge was less than expected and totally fair. Sometimes it is so wonderful to just pay someone who has the skills and knowledge to do something right. I will definitely call them and refer friends to them. I really appreciate that they were so nice and kind enough to give us preventative tips to avoid future problems.
