I’m so happy with the level of service I received with Paul. The heat in my apartment is finally fully functional and I’m so relieved. Paul and Mike had a lot of work to do on an old radiator system and they did it efficiently while keeping everything neat, clean and organized. Highly recommend!

We had some issues with our building shut off valve and he and his colleague were very kind and patient as we worked with the super to get things set up for their work. When our heat failed on a weekend and our usual plumber couldn’t schedule us for several days, Superior stepped up and did an emergency dispatch within a few hours. Rob & Paul managed to figure out what was wrong with the electrical system of our boiler and replaced a dead transformer. Great service!

Rob is amazing. We had standing issues with our mixing valve and he was able to fix them with easy. We also had some shower parts broken off and trouble finding replacements everywhere. Rob came up with a creative way of fixing it and saved us money and time finding the replacement. Thank you very much!

Anthony was amazing he check the boiler and ordered a part that the boiler needed on order for the heat to get hot and it worked . Amazing working Anthony and he also took care of the boiler for the tenants on the second floor because their boiler wasn’t functioning properly as well and even went to the third floor to also make sure the tenant was getting heat as well. That’s what I called above and beyond. Outstanding service Anthony I recommend you to anyone with heat related issues.🙏🏾🙏🏾
