The installers were very polite and professional. They completed very neat work in a timely manner. They answered questions but did not stand around and visit using their time here efficiently. I would highly recommend and have this crew again. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the Home Depot side of the project.

I cant say enough about my positive experience with Vincent at Romanoff Renovations via the Home Depot. He works like someone whos a true craftsman- taking the time to do it right; not rushing nor dilly-dallying. I appreciated that he cleaned up as went along and again afterward. I would definitely recommend him to anyone whos looking to get new carpet.

We purchased carpeting from Home Depot and Romanoff did the installation. They called to advise when they would be at our home. They provided clear instructions about what we needed to do to be prepared. The installers arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. They were respectful of our home and property. They did more than what was expected. They cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. They worked efficiently = I was amazed that they completed the job in one day. Excellent experience!

I had to purchase new carpeting for a house 2 hours away before we moved. Because most of this transaction was remote I had some concerns, but all though the process they kept me updated. On installation day I thought there was no way two people where going to rip out all that old carpeting and install new carpeting but I was certainly wrong. They where absolutely fabulous. Installation looks flawless the installers where very pleasant and a joy to work with. The Best.

The carpet installed was, as ordered. They arrived right on schedule and quickly prepared the room for existing carpet and pad removal. The room was cleaned and new carpet tack strips were installed where needed. The new carpet was laid, measured and cut perfectly, stretched and secured. The carpet was vacuumed and prepared for presentation, and furniture reinstallation which was then well done. The old carpeting was removed and discarded as requested. Both of the installers were very pleasant while completing a professional job.

Willie contacted us the night before and to our surprise said he would be able to complete our job in one day. We were skeptical. He arrived within the time frame he had told us and got right to work. I had a question during install and he contacted me quickly to answer my questions. He and his wife were professional and efficient. And they got our job done in that one day! They also cleaned up after the job. Our floors look great and I am confident in the job that was done.

Had 3 rooms of carpet installed by Home Home Depot/Romanoff and we were extremely pleased with the install. They were prompt in their arrival time and had called when they were about 30 min out. After the install they cleaned up everything and vacuumed the new carpet. Went about as smooth as one could ask for.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m pretty happy with what I got. The guy showed up exactly when I was told he would and he finished on schedule too. He did a really good job and even warned me about a spot in my sub floor that will need attention soon. I also had thousands of dollars in tools lying around and not even a screw went missing. I think his name was Paul. Real good guy.

I can be a jerk to work for, I’m very picky. David and Daniel Boone from this company were the best flooring contractors I’ve ever seen! Very quick, professional, answered all my concerns and did a 2 day job in a day! I will hire them again as soon as I can get them back out to do the upstairs! Great job!
