Great experience. Fast easy and quality. The technicians were very knowledgeable as well as respectful to the house inside and out while we were working from home inside we managed to get it done.Technical aspects were reviewed and explained thoroughly and so far it’s been great. The generator runs itself every week to test and we have an app that shows everything from maintenance and schedules and more. I’d recommend this company for sure and it took many power outages to get here but after our house was one of 3 that list power for an unknown reason, we just went for it and this will help us get by in so many ways. Don’t wait till the next power outage because that’s when everyone calls. If you know you want this generator for part of your homes needs or the whole house, just get a plan and get it done. Knowing the power won’t go out has been a great feeling for my child and my family. We almost joke about wanting the power to go out just to test it out but I’d say call and be done with it. There’s a warranty and they will come right out if anything happens to the unit because they have a system and relationship with the manufacturer. Great job very happy.

The Baer Electric team did a great job installing the Generac generator. Shortly after the installation we started having problems with the Generac 2.4Ghz WiFi module. It would not stay connected to our WiFi router which is required if you want to use the Mobile Link app. The Baer team worked with us and the technical team throughout the process. Eventually the WiFi module was replaced by a Mobile link module which has worked very well.We chose Baer because they are certified by Generac to perform warranty service and highly recommend them for anyone considering a generator.

Baer Electric has been wonderful since they first came out to install a Generac generator. Where we live, the power often goes out because of the older power grid. With my husband using medical equipment requiring a consistent supply of electricity, this generator has proven its worth many times over in the year since it was first installed. The installation was professional and prompt, and all our questions were answered. Would highly recommend not just the Generac but also the folks at Baer Electric!

Work performed was very well done. They took extra time to move panel and fish wires behind wall to make everything clean and reduce outside conduit. They came on time an were very professional. I already recommended them to 3 different friends and family and they had similar experience.

Steve and his team did an outstanding job installing my generator! After losing power for over 48 hours from the last storm we had, there was no way I was going to sit through that again. Steve Baer and his wife Michelle truly made the process of purchasing a Generac whole house standby generator extremely easy. Steve’s initial visit to evaluate our needs was informative and left us very confident that we had made the right choice in selecting Baer to satisfy our “emergency power” needs. On installation day Steve and Kevin arrived on time and immediately went to work hooking us up. We were amazed to see how ease they made it seem, connecting to the electrical and natural gas services and in a matter of hours he had the unit up and running! Steve showed me how the unit operated and what the different indicators were so that I would know for future reference. When they left there was no rubble left behind. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend Steve Baer and Baer Electric to satisfy your generator needs.

Had a break in an electrical line from a pool excavation. I needed it fixed ASAP so the pool construction could continue. Even though with everything going on, and only 1 person working, they exceeding my expectations when they were able to get someone out within 2 days to fix this and at a great price! Steve & his team went above and beyond our expectations. Our house is old and complicated but they worked through all of the issues with the studs and rerouted wires with minimal holes. Not only did they do a great job but they were reasonably priced. We look forward to using their services with future projects.
