Had a leaky water hose on my hot water heater replaced. Paul and Evan arrived only 2 hours after contacting them and they were courteous and thorough (had to crawl under the crawl space). Took their time to make sure it was fixed properly. Great pricing as well. Will be a repeat customer.

Jeremy and Lucas were dispatched to address the issue, and they resolved it efficiently. I have previously had other technicians from Star Plumbing assist us, and all have demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Based on my experiences, I would choose to work with Star Plumbing exclusively for our plumbing needs.

Excellent timing and customer service. Their plumber, Brandon, came out and immediately took control of the situation and minimized damage and downtime. He was cool, calm, and collect and had us up and running very fast. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. That has not been our experience with everyone in Daviess County. He came through and saved the day. Their prices were very reasonable compared to some other companies in Owensboro also. I could tell he cared about his customers and we were treated as such. Quality work. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Had a water heater replaced. I had a taller unit installed than the previous one so there had to be some exhaust modification. These guys were in and out in 1.5 hours. They changed my pvc to pex at my request with no issues. Guys were very friendly and professional. Star will be getting all of my calls in the future.Thanks Star Plumbing & Mechanical! Brandon was EXCELLENT! He took the time to explain his suspicions about our plumbing issue, and he worked extensively and thoroughly to address the issue the best he could. The root cause--pun intended--of our plumbing blockage seemed to be roots in the city sewer line, and although the problem ultimately extended beyond his ability/jurisdiction to fix, he took the time to contact the city to see what could be done in our behalf. Brandon deserves every star of this 5-star rating!

I had a water leak on a Sunday evening was able to call and I got a live person to answer my call. They told me that they would be out the next morning to take a look the next morning somebody called and was here by 8 AM Kevin was the gentleman that showed up to the house. He took a look at everything and had multiple issues, but he was able to resolve everything and took really good care and was extremely professional. Their rates were very comparable to everyone else, and overall was better than what I expected pricewise I highly recommend anyone looking for a plumber, a new plumber to definitely check out this company as I will definitely use them in the future if I have to

Brandon and Drake did a wonderful job fixing our gas leaks. They put in all new pipes and a new hot water heater. They were both very pleasant and wonderful. They made the whole experience easy.
