I had Orville and David and they were knowledgeable about the problem I was having and went above and beyond by pointing out what could cause future problems. Very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be contacting them for future needs.

Couldn’t be happier with our conversion! Kim, Crystal, Orville, and Mitchell did a great job!!!! Took shower 2 days after installation and wouldn’t drain by 8:15 Saturday morning , Mitchell was on his way! Took his time did a great job and even wiped fingerprints off glass!!!! Franks did a great job with a complete bathroom remodel. I would call them again if I ever had another project they could do. They gave me the best price (I called 4 businesses total) by a couple thousand dollars. They sent over Aaron. He was polite and professional and very meticulous. And this was an expensive project so the standard was perfection. They finished the job in the time frame they gave me. There were a couple of things that werent quite right after they were done. I called them back and they got here the next day and made the repairs. The bathroom is perfect and I highly reccomend Franks plumbing! Very happy with their work.

Franks Plumbing was very responsive when we contacted them about birds in our vents and needed help getting them cleaned out and screens put in. They came over quickly, cleaned our ducts out, put screens over our outside vents, and we haven’t had any issues since. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Called Franks in a panic early Thursday when our pipes busted and we couldnt find the shut off in our new home. They were on a call but still sent out someone to help us locate the shutoff or water meter. After he helped shut the water off he returned to the previous job and promised hed give me a call when it was over. Several hours later they returned to my house in their regular clothes and truck. They couldnt find my phone number, so they came back to the house to check things out after we had done clean up. Unfortunately, I didnt catch the gentlemans name that came out to help us but I dont know where I would be if he hadnt rushed out to help us shut off the water. They were super busy that day and I really appreciate them coming out to help us in the cold. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them for my future needs.

Ryan and Cyler were AWESOME! They were here for two days replacing the water line, and they did a great job. They moved our landscaping plants and replaced them after they were through, and the yard looks good even though they had to ditch about half of it. I have used this company three times in the past two years for repairs, and they always show up on time and do the work for the estimated cost, no matter what snags they run into. These two guys need a raise, Franks!!😁

I was in need of a professional plumber to redo 3 bathrooms in my condo. Rob with Franks plumbing and heating came out right away and gave me a reasonable bid. Rob was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and communicated well with me. It was a good overall experience. He kept me informed on what he was doing. The bathrooms look great and I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your service.

Honestly I love the bathroom looks ,the shower is looking good but there are a couple of places on the wall that look bad. The mirror just seems cheap . The ceiling has grey paint in like 4 spots and the right side of the shower top the the ceiling has grey on the ceiling. It is not what gives them the low review. I am disabled and the mess that was left behind was terrible. There was at least a half inch of dust everywhere in my house. It took me a week cleaning everything...when they came in my house it was spotlesss when they left the mess was overwhelming. Paid a lot of money to have the bathroom done. I was not happy with the giant shower head they put in ....it was broken ...I called the next day and a lady answered the phone ...told them who I was and she ask did we do some work for you... yea spent over 8 thousand and they had no clue who I was. They came back a day or 2 later replaced the shower head. Called them 2 weeks after the job was done had a couple of issues with my other bathroom. They came out as soon as they could and fixed everything.... I would highly recommend these guys. Mess and all...more than worth it.

Matt and Don were professional, friendly, and efficient. Matt was able to negotiate with my home warranty company and explain my water heater issue in a way that I could not and was able help get the needed service covered. I would definitely recommend them.

Good old service. The technicians were Steve and Matt, Im pretty sure. Friendly guys that arrived first thing in the morning. My 2 year old wasnt afraid of them. In fact, she talked to them. Thats saying a lot, trust me. They kept things clean, quick and timely. Price was honest and what I had in my head for the necessary job. Ill use them again, for sure.

Heater kicked out, within 2 hours of calling David came by and under an hour had everything up and running, went over with me what had went wrong and what hed done to fix it. Was very informative, quick working and I feel I learned a bit on what I can do to keep my furnace in better working order. Will call again for sure if something else pops up!

Had them install a new A/C and furnace after having run the gas pipe when we converted from electric to gas - all installations went great. Quick, professional service and they pointed out a few other problems that they also fixed - like the bathroom fan that was not vented out the roof.

Great group of guys! Recently had a tankless gas water heater installed along with 2 water spigot replacements a frost free water spigot hook up and a reroute of my ac drain lines. They got everything done that day and kept everything clean. Id definitely use them again for future services.
