    I have had good and bad experiences with plumbers throughout my adult life. That being said Shawn with Roto-Rooter was such blessing. Was at the house with in the hour and resolved our emergency.     I canā€™t brag enough of my tech makhi!!!! This guy new exactly what to do and how to do it, made me feel so comfortable so quick. I was extremely nervous! Had a clog in a main line in a house we just moved into! Not even 24 hours prior to calling them! He reassured me that he will get this job done and that he did!! Yes I paid more, but I got so much more! The peace of mind knowing a legitimate company serviced my plumbing system is enough on its own!Thanks again!

    The technician that completed the job was excellent. He was fast and cleaned up.Having said that, this is my review of your customer support. I had an appointment for 12/10 at 2:00 pm. Waited all day and no one showed up. Calls I made were all the same: weā€™re swamped but will get someone there. Finally, at 8:00 pm I called again and was told the plumber had left earlier at 5:00 pm. Why didnā€™t anyone call me!

    Noel came out early in the morning on his day off to help with a clog and he was incredible! Super knowledgeable and explained everything to me in the best ways. He walked me through the steps he was taking to get everything fixed and he even showed me what he was doing so I could fully understand what was being done. GREAT customer service and did the job very fast.

    Work need it was well explained and showed through a camera inside the sewage pipe what was going on. However I found the job expensive specially when I had the notion, for the wording use during explanation, that a crew will show up to do the repair and it was done by a particularly young guy in his personal vehicle who took off 3 times to get parts to finish the job. Also still waiting to be shown by camera the final result that it was offered.

    We had a toilet that kept on backing up. Even though we snaked the toilet ourselves and thought the problem was fixed, the toilet still was slow to drain. We realized we had to call out the professionals since the issue was beyond the toilet drain. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technician was professional and efficient and handled our plumbing challenge within an hour.

    I cannot say enough good about my first experience needing plumbing service, and extreme compliments to Deon for his service and professionalism. The shower and toilet in my master suite suddenly stopped draining on Easter and I called at 6:30pm. The phone representative was extremely friendly, told me a technician would arrive within the next two hours, and Deon arrived before 8:30. He determined the issue was a clog in a branch drain line, quoted a price upfront, and spent over two hours fixing the issue, testing it, and cleaning up. From start to finish he was professional, respectful to us and our home, and he explained what he was doing step by step. Based on this experience I will certainly call Roto-Rooter Oviedo the next time I need a plumber.

    My lines were constantly being clogged and I was recommended to get a hydro jet for my lines to clear the issue. I was looking to get an estimate and Roto-Rooter provided one free of charge! My issue was too much kitchen grease in the line. Antony came by and quickly provided me the estimate after a review of my lines. He was patient and was very friendly answering any questions I had. The warranty provided for their work is the best I have seen yet. Their confidence in their work gives me confidence that my issue has and will be resolved.     As most experience, it was impossible to get our plumber out the same day and our toilets began to back up. We called Roto-Rooter and they were out in the next 30 minutes. From the beginning, the customer service and the dispatcher communication was excellent. We appreciated the service technician, Jose Martinez, followed the CDC guidelines. Jose was super professional, courteous, pleasant, and very informative. He was very careful keeping everything neat and cleaned. It was embarrassing for us having to call someone for the toilet issue, but Jose made us feel at ease and comfortable. He is awesome and did a superb job. We would give Jose 10 stars if we could.     We canā€™t speak highly enough about the service we received from Amilcar Padilla and his co-worker. Everything about our experience was great. On time, very knowledgeable and courtesy. He explained everything and said he would make things better than before. They dug things up, cut the roots put a larger pipe in and put it at a spot that was easier to turn on the water from the outside. Explained precautions to take to avoid problems in the future.     Ive used Roto ROOTER in more than one occasion. Honestly it was the first company to come to mind. They have been around since I was a kid. Everytime they come the job gets done. They are professional and I always get a friendly tech that offers valuable advice. They are 24hrs and that is a big plus. Sure they might be a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

    Very quick service response. Our bathroom flooded (from toilet, shower, and bathtub) and there was someone out within an hour. We were worried no one would be able to come out on a Sunday night so we would be facing a fully flooded first floor by the time they could come out, so we were very thankful they could come so fast.     We originally called Roto-Rooter for a cleaning service of our drains since we noticed some slow drains in our master bath, which also had odor from the drain line. Kevin arrived during the earlier part of the window and contacted us prior to his arrival. He was very thorough and did a great job cleaning our drain lines, sinks, P-traps, faucet, toilet drain, and repaired some cracked pipes/fittings at the entry points in the yard. Raised up our clean out valve so we could actually find it next time. It was covered by grass and very difficult to locate, but he had a cool trick which allowed him to locate it. Fixed a cracked PVC at another access point just before the city pipe. He also shared video footage of our pipes to show us where the significant build-up occurred and he took the proper steps to clean out our entire system. He also replaced a couple turn-off valves on one of the sinks in the master bath since it was corroding and causing the clean water line to slow down. I could tell he cared about quality and getting the job done right. For me, the price was fine since I could tell he did a great job and was at our house for hours.

And after his assessment, he was clear on a solution.The solution required to clear the pipes all the way to the city drain, which he accomplished within two hours.This job required the removal of a toilet. To push in the drain serpent. He left everything perfect and clean.

    Kevin is absolutely fantastic! You never think when you call a plumber youre going to get exceptional service for a simple quick fix. But even the minor issue we needed to call Rotor-Rooter for Kevin managed to find ways to go above and beyond.Thankfully this was only a issue we had to deal with twice in 8 years. But If I ever need to call Rotor-Rooter again I will be personally requesting Kevin to come out. In fact. You guys need to have Kevin make a power point and train his fellow employees on customer relations. He is the gold standard on which all Rotor-Rooter employees should follow.

    Jose Martinez was my technician. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before and after the service. My water tank sprang a leak, the bottom was rusted out out, and a pressure tank had not been installed by the previous owners. He was able to replace and repair everything on the same day. Jose cleaned everything up and put things back in place. I am extremely pleased with Jose and Roto Rooter. I will definitely call this company again and request Jose if I have any more plumbing issues.
