    Our apartment had a leak in the shower that was leading into another unit below, Brandon and Aaron came out for the job and we couldnt have had anyone better. These guys were professional, kind and thorough with their job. They explained what was to happen with the job, they made sure to keep the dust from the work inside the bathroom only, and were cautious about our home getting dirty.They were very friendly and good to talk to. They also cleaned up after the job was done, and made sure to let the landlord know that a neighbor had issues that could further disrupt our living situation. Seriously great service and would highly recommend them for any future jobs.

    Professionalism is a rarity nowadays. If that is something you seek, along with competence, precision and an outward display of pride in the work performed, R&A is a call that you should make. Tech Ryan Evans arrived early, assessed the situation appropriately and set about performing the job at hand. When all was said and done, my high end range hood was installed and its workings were plainly explained. I highly recommend them and more importantly, should the need arise, id use them again. 5 stars barely does them justice.

    We previously had a different company give us a price-gouging estimate for repair work. We then called R&A for a second opinion. R&A looked at our concerns and carefully explained why there was no need for any repair work. Not only that, but when I ran into a billing problem, they called and fixed it the same day.     I needed a technician on the weekend, and they were able to make the schedule work. Colby showed up during the the scheduled time frame. He was polite and listened to my issue with the thermostat/AC unit. After testing a few things Colby gave me information on what was needed. He was able to take care of the repairs on site since he had all the products available for the repairs. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained everything very well. Thank you Colby for taking care of everything. And R and A industries for sending the technician out so promptly.

    This is the third issue Frankie has fixed for us recently. Every time he’s been great at communicating the issue, what can be done and the various steps to resolve it.From changing our toilet to fixing a leak, he’s tackled not small and large jobs professionally and quickly.     Luis was very professional. He repaired 7 faulty outlets at my home. He explained 2 options that I had. I took for a complete change out on the outlet boxes. The cost was very reasonable, less than expected.Going forward I will continue to use them and recommend them to family & friends.This is my 2nd post. This week my AC went out in 90 degree plus weather. Phil, their AC guy came out. Just as professional and helpful as their electrician, Luis, was from my previous post. Phil explained, very clearly, my options. Now my AC is running cold & comfortable. Pricing was reasonable.Again, I will be recommending them to friends & family.

    These guys were incredible. They replumbed my apartment and fixed a broken light switch all in a day.     Chris B. was awesome. He came out at the early end of our scheduled window. Listened to what I was experiencing and tried his best to explain what he thought the issue might be even though most of what he said went over my head. He fixed the problem and even flushed the drain line for us to make sure it didn’t become a problem. He even entertained my 3 year old who was absolutely fascinated with what Chris was doing. 10/10 would recommend.

    My A/C shut down in the middle of the night. Called AJ Jones at R & A for HELP! He sent technician Brian out first thing in the AM. Brian responded immediately. On arrival, Brian removed his shoes (out of respect for my home) & proceeded to diagnose and repair my unit. He kept me apprised of each step during the diagnosis and ultimate repair.     Quick response, fairly knowlegable and affordable. Not sure if problem is solved yet since it could be one of several things but the hybrid water heater did need sediment removed and thats done anyway. Plumber was not qualified to check other possible culprits of the occasional breaker tripping issue which require someone with HVAC and or elecrtical experience who has worked with this type of water heater.

    This company has some of the most kind professionals. I live in a very old home and was having a number of issues with my 2 AC units which were hosed in almost unattainable spots above my home in the attic. I live in Tampa and had many companies try and find why air was being wasted, attic remained cold, and units freezing up. No one could figure it out. R & A was recommended and they are not in my city. Not only did they NOT charge me for the mileage- they went out of territory to help solve this mystery. Their team located the problem redid all of the duct work while also finding that I had multiple holes with unsafe connections above my ceiling. I would have never known about these hazards had they not come out. Prior to them the many companies I did have come out at least would charge me a fee and the repairs to help find the problem they all failed. I have saved over $200 per month because of their team on my electric bill. Thank you for coming all the way to Tampa to help me.

    Ron was great! He came out twice, once to diagnose, and another time with the replacement equipment. He was diligent in looking for what the issue with our AC unit was and was very communicative the whole time. He was extremely nice, and was able to successfully resolve our issues.     AJ is the son of one of my neighbors. Unfortunately our AC went out on the 4th of July. AJ was the second technician to come out to our condo that day. He was prompt, courteous, respectful and was able to give us a replacement cost at a significantly lower price compared to the previous quote. Might have been a factor that our neighbor said to him to give us a good deal. Frankie came to our home in about 30 minutes, great time I thought for after hours service. He assessed the situation and diagnosed the cause of the leak quickly.     R&A have been working on our AC unit to get it back going. Our unit was installed before we moved in to the home by some other company. Chris our technician was fantastic! He was able to diagnose the issue and was able fix the mistakes that the other company had made by trying to take shortcuts and “rigging” things together! He even went over and above by bringing us two temp units until our system was working again on his on time! Highly recommended! If you get Chris as your technician, know you will be taken care of!

    Our old unit had been struggling to keep our house cool for the past year. Our electric bill surpassed $600 for the month of October. I called R and A and they were able to come out same day. Brian walked us through the issues our system was having and gave us up front pricing on the repairs and a quote for a new system. We decided on a new system since ours was nearing 12 years. R and A was able to have our new unit delivered and installed the very next day. We have used R and A for plumbing repairs in the past. Twice. We also purchased our water heater from them which Ben installed. I highly recommend these local heroes!!

    I’ve used R&A industries twice in the last year. First time was to install a new water heater and most recently to install a new circuit breaker.I had called a few other companies for estimates which I thought were high. When I called R&A they responded and sent someone out later in the day to give explain options and give an estimate. The estimates were much more economical than others.Came out the next day on both occasions completed the work as quoted in a timely, professional manner with no extra hidden charges. I will definitely utilize R&A for any of my future plumbing or electrical needs.

Frankie and Wes did an excellent job of accommodating all of our needs on top of being professional, knowledgeable and clean. We are grateful that Frankie, Wes and, of course, AJ were able to get us on the schedule with just brief notice. Not our first experience with R&A Industries and we can highly recommend them.

    I live in an apartment by the UCF area and was having some issues with my air conditioner/humidity in the apartment. After a few weeks trying to problem solve, Phil came out and worked ALL DAY (almost 9 hours) to fix it right! Phil noticed mistakes that were made by others in the past couple of weeks and paid extra special attention as he knew this was an ongoing issue that we were very very stressed over since I work from home and would constantly be sweating. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The company had some issues in the beginning, but Phil was the one who made up for it. I give Phil 5 stars, but I just have to give the company overall 4!

    We called R and A Industries for a maintenance Call. Phil, the technician, noticed that the coolant was very low. He did a dye test, which later revealed, we have an evaporator leak that Chris confirmed when he read the dye test. He installed a new evaporator coil and coolant the very next day, and did it in very professional efficient manner. So far it has been working. Phil did a great t job detecting the problem. The evaporator coil was under warranty, and the installation was very reasonable in price. In a different home, R&A Install a brand-new air-conditioning system Goodman 2 stage, heat pump with 17.5 Seer. Ryan and Alex, removed and installed the brand-new system. Phil came later to install the Remi Halo, LED and thermostat. They erected a tent to be able to work in the rain. These guys are good, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff, Wanda, Christina and others were very helpful. Brian worked on the contract, and AJ kept us updated with the process. While waiting for the Goodman, Phil came to install two portable air-conditioner. It Helped cool The house down and helped us sleep at night. he was very kind and very helpful. I was trying to post 2 good reviews. Google wouldn’t allow me so I just added it to the first one. We are happy with the services we got fromR&A industries.We had maintainace today1/9/2024. Ron was very thorough, professional and corrected a problem which was present since the installation. He checked everything, our Remi Halo included. He did a really good job, thank you Ron. After some unanticipated installation difficulty for a brand new AC system and an existing AC return that apparently had been poorly sized at its origin, we had some trouble with the county in terms of approval.     We had Bryan out today to provide semi-annual maintenence on our system and troubleshoot an issue we were having with one of our thermostats. Let me start with WOW! same day service. He brought filters as requested and spent 3-4hours going through our 2 units meticulously. He was able to repair the issue with our thermostat and was very patient with all of our questions. Which were numerous because we have recently relocated from out of state.     Weve been using R & A for our AC repair needs for years now. Their work is always top notch. Theyve even come out after hours once when I got home late and discovered the AC had stopped working in the middle of the summer and it was in the mid 90s inside. The tech showed up about 45 minutes after I called and he had the issue fixed within the hour.The techs are always very friendly and honest. One of the many things that I like about them is that they will show you the problem before fixing it, so you see exactly whats wrong, no mystery. And when they fix it, theyve always fixed it right the first time. Ive never had to call them back out for the same issue.** Update 4 Years Later **Were still using R & A and couldnt be happier. We recently had them replace our entire HVAC system and as usual, they did an outstanding and professional job.They called about 30 minutes before scheduled and arrived right on time. They worked hard all day and verified that the system was working perfectly before leaving.The new system has been running for a few months now with zero issues. It is performing above and beyond what I was expecting. Our house has never been cooler, it actually gets a little too cold sometimes (not a complaint).     Literally the greatest AC place around! Weve had AC problems for the last few months and the insurance company for our place sent out someone 4-5 times to come check on it.. Every single time they said everything looked good, put a little coolant in and left, But no, everything was not fine. As soon as the guy gets here, he immediately tells us theres a leak in the coolant and had to put $300 worth of coolant in it and now we have to get parts to get it fixed.     I first called another company when my AC failed, the man from that company didnt even check anything and immediately said I need to buy a new AC and he quoted me $3000 more than the unit should cost, I paid the guy over $200 for doing nothing and it turned out the leak was very obvious, you could hear it hissing from the outside unit, if he did any kind of inspection at all he would have found it right away.R &A INDUSTRIES AIR AND HEATING:Brian came out from R&A industries and did a proper inspection, he located the leak right away, you could hear the leak it was so bad. Brian got the part and came back out and repaired my AC and it is still working great. The freon copper pipe had a hole from rubbing for years on the concrete pad underneath.He saved me the cost of purchasing and installing a new AC by finding the problem and being an honest Technician. He showed me the problem and explained how the AC works and why the leak was causing it to fail and blow hot air instead of cool air.Brian was professional, very knowledgeable, he did a great job and I will recommend him to anyone that needs any service and I will hire Brian again in for any future service needs.

    I was having trouble with my a/c unit for quite some time now and had various a/c companies come out to try and figure out the problem and they could never find the source of the issue and only seemed to come to recommendation of buying a new unit trying to get me to buy a new unit when I had already told them I had just recently replaced both units inside and outside of the house nearly spending $6000 on what I thought was a brand new unit only having it for about 6 months. I a billboard about R&A and figured I’d give it one last shot. They showed up the same day I called and within 45 minutes ALan had my A/C up and running like brand new! I’d highly recommend anyone having troubles with their A/C to give them a call immediately. If so ever I have any issues with mine I wouldn’t think of taking my business anywhere else.     I call R and A industries for a service installation quota on a warranty replacement item for my air conditioning system. I spoke with Brian, who was very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. After discussing my options, Brian scheduled a service call for the very next day. He showed up on time and repaired my HVAC System. After the repair, Brian reviewed everything he did on my system with me in detail, which I found refreshing.The cost for the repair was very reasonable compared to other quotes I receive from similar HVAC service companies. I would definately recommend R and A Industries to my friends and family.

    After going through three plumbing companies to install a hot water heater, I found R & A. The other companies showed up late and without the proper tools and parts and could not get the materials needed. R & A showed up on time and efficiently installed the water heater. After 3 1/2 days without hot water, we can finally take a shower. Thanks R & A Industries.
