HUGE shoutout to Quandt for saving the day at my salon. I came into work today to water covering the floor and a nice stream of water continuously leaking from the bottom of the water heater. Jason was incredibly responsive and as busy as they were was able to send someone out within 2 hours. Brad did a great job taking care of getting everything installed. Ive had Troy and Cole here several times and have had nothing but world class service with these two experts. Efficient, professional, courteous guys. They installed a new water heater and new toilet, and worked on my shower and tub system, outdoor faucets, etc etcAbsoluely no sales pitch....work was done at my request.I normally dont like to pay for plumbing lol but the billing was always LESS than I expected! Hello 👋. Just had a drain unclogged on tub. Well the auger wouldnt go through and cause leakage. Had to come back a second time to repair pipe that was jammed up. Have no complaints. I forgot gentlemans name but he was friendly and my cat liked him also lol. Pricing was fair for the field. I do recommend because the boss (owner) has a solid crew under him. They cleaned up, were on time and did not screwball time and pricing. My house wasnt the tidiest the first time also and I didnt feel any judgement. Plus my kids were kind of nosey and getting in the way. Hopefully your experience is pleasant also.

My shower wouldnt drain. Then when I used my kitchen sink or washer or basement utility sink...all of them backed up into my shower. I couldnt get the plumber I usually use and this was day 4. A friend gave me Jasons name and he got me in his schedule. He worked on the issue and it was resolved. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated Jason coming over as soon as he could to help me. I would recommend.

Called with a water heater issue (pilot wouldnt stay lit) that they installed at our house we just bought. When I told him the issue I was having after trying to light the pilot myself, they knew exactly what I was talking about and said that the replacement part was covered because it was a manufacturer error. They were really friendly to work with over the phone and set up an appointment for the same day that afternoon. They gave me a two-hour window and arrived on time. The employees had a great attitude, explained the issue, was clean about his workspace, and respected our home. Normally I would go with somebody local for any issues I have but they did such a great job I would definitely use Quandt plumbing again!

Brandon installed a dishwasher at our home and I will be using Quandt plumbing for all of our future needs. He was professional, kind, informative, and timely. Brandon had continued communication prior to his arrival to make sure neither of us wasted any precious time. He did a great job installing the dishwasher, ran a cycle to check for any leaks, and cleaned up any packaging trash. Brandon was very informative, and the time he spent here did not feel rushed as it’s very apparent he takes pride in his work. We had Quandt Plumbing fix a broken pipe under our basement in a 150 year old house. Ryan and Matt did the majority of the work and it was an extremely messy job. They did everything from cutting the concrete out, digging to the pipe, cutting it out, replacing the broken pipe and pouring new concrete. Then they ran the camera through one more time to make sure everything was good. When they were finished they cleaned everything as much as they could. Everyone we dealt with from Quandt was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Quandt plumbing to anyone log for a residential plumber.

We have worked with Jason and Quandt so many times this past year I can’t keep track. They have installed a second water meter at two different duplexes we own plus they have gone to all our four units to do plumbing work. They have always been friendly and helpful. My husband did have trouble getting ahold of them once but then I finally took over and had no problem. So I don’t know what issues he has😂 we will continue working with them. I’m glad we have a plumber we can count on for our home and our rental properties!

We had a leak in the wall behind our washing machine. Quandt was able to get a technician to our home the same afternoon to repair and replace the leak so we were able to turn our water back on and resume using water in our home! The tech even took a look at a bathroom sink for my wife that the stopper was not longer working. He was able to diagnose the issue, and provide honest feedback to just replace the whole unit instead of trying to sell us on repairing it.

TLDNR: If there was a 6th star, theyve earned it. You call professionals for a reason and Quandt Plumbing is as good as youll ever get.Needless to say, Quandt came out because I had a clogged sewer that Roto-Rooter was unable to fix (filled with gravel). The issue came down to needing to replace my main sewer line from inside to outside my house. After finding out that I hadnt been able to flush a toilet for the last 5 days, Quandt contacted and coordinated with Wally Schmid Excavating and came out the next morning. In a matter of 7 hours, Quandt removed part of the concrete slab, using hand tools, dug a hole 6ft deep to the broken sewer line, and drilled a hole through the concrete wall. They ran a new sewer line out of my house, filled the hole back in, and replaced the concrete that was removed. They did all of this without causing any damage and left no mess! I cant thank Quandt enough for giving my family (wife, 3y old son, 2y old son) back the use of our home. If you need plumbing done, you want Quandt Plumbing to do it.

My experience with Quandt Plumbing LLC was TOP-Notch! They came out to work on a home warranty claim for my water heater. That claimed was handled professionally and efficiently and everyone was SO pleasant. They also replaced my water softener due to some freezing while the house was vacant after a house fire. The office ordered the softener right away so it could be installed the same day as the water heater. The technicians Matt D and Tyler were super professional and friendly and helpful. They deserve a big SHOUT OUT and a pay raise for sure :). They left the workspace perfectly neat and cleaner than when they arrived. HIGHLY recommend Quandt Plumbing LLC!!!!!

These guys are AWESOME! They have been to our home several times now to install a new on demand water heater as well as to change out our shower and sink fixtures and fix our toilet!
