My water heater started leaking I made few calls around for quotes and appointments. Justin Cox answered the call, gave me a quote that was very reasonable and sent his crew within an hour and got my water heater replaced. He installed a top quality water heater. Joe and his companion (crew) were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

We are more than pleased with the service we received today, from making the initial call to providing service. We called right after another company broke a pipe while attempting to have their delivery drivers install our new dishwasher. I believe it was Justin who answered our phone call. He was friendly from the start, listened to our concerns and was able to get someone out to us within a couple hours. Ryan was our technician and we would give him more than 5 stars if we could (5.1 is what he suggested when we told him flat out well be giving a 5 star review). Bonus points for the humour. He got the dishwasher plumbing up to code, installed our new dishwasher (pointed out a leak due an air pocket & provided the name of an appliance guy), answered all our questions, cleaned up any mess he made, and stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. Thank you again for everything, we greatly appreciate you. We will 100% be using J Cox Plumbing again.

We had J Cox Plumbing install an ejector pit, toilet, and bathtub for our basement bedroom remodel recently. They were onsite quickly after we gave them the green light and got the job done in short order. The guys onsite did a great job and finished the work just as well as Id hoped. Weve been very pleased with the overall quality of the project! Pricing was competitive - not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive. Justin was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns, and his professionalism and responsiveness were excellent. Highly recommend!
