    WOW, wed give this company ten stars if we could. After years of disappointment with several other electric companies, we finally found a stellar one thanks to our contractors recommendation. From Linda in the office, to Dan the owner who came out to give us an estimate, to the guys on the crew who came out to do the work, everyone just went above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. When we had a challenge later that had nothing to do with their work, they came out to check on it just as a favor to us, and discovered a dangerous power situation caused by our power provider, probably saving us thousands and maybe even our home and our lives. Great company to work with and our go to electric company from this point on. Refreshingly professional, reasonably priced, efficient and thorough, and customer service beyond expectations. We couldnt be happier.

    These two men showed up on time in the rain and set right to work install our EV charger. They were friendly, efficient, and informative. They completed the job successfully and we are thrilled to have our new charger. We will definitely call Williams for any future electrical needs.

    Williams electric did an outstanding job getting my temporary power turned on after a house fire. It was a small fire, but pg&e required removing my meter as well as shutting off the power. Linda in the office went above and beyond to get it on as soon as possible for us. They will be doing the rest of my rewiring for the home too. This is the second time using their service. They are professional, polite, and understanding of their customers needs! I will only use them.

    Called Williams for a quote after calling a different company which was way over priced for the job. They sent Jerich out first thing in the morning. He was friendly and efficient and informative. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.

    We ended up hiring Williams Electric Company (aka WEE) to handle the relocation of electrical conduit and wiring on the side of our house, per PG&Es requirements for upgrading our gas meter. The work performed was outstanding and made a huge visual impact esthetically. It met all of the requirements outlined by PG&E and they even included work that was above and beyond what was quoted. The technicians were professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly and left our home in the condition in which they found it upon completing the job. Without a doubt, we would absolutely hire Williams Electric for future projects.

    PG&E bill sky rocketed to $557. We noticed a huge increase early 2023. Couldn’t figure out what was going on. PG&E recommended Dan from William’s Electric.Same day Dan sent two young men to rewire our main box. Jerek and River were so determined to resolve our problem. They brought Jared who got PG&E back here within 30 minutes. So impressed. Took a few days but the guys not only fixed major issues; they saved us a ton of money. After they came out our bill dropped to $257.Extremely polite problem solvers. We are going through them for our remodel and can lights. Dan Also has been monitoring our progress. High level of work ethic and honest company. I have to include Linda as she is just the sweetest scheduler. Thank you Linda ❤️

    My thermostat broke and my house had no heat. Williams Electric was able to get to my house by noon after working me in between jobs. They not only fixed the issue but they were also able to add an exterior outlet for my new sprinkler system (which I did NOT expect that same day and am so very grateful they could do). To the very nice woman I spoke with originally about the problem to the also very nice and helpful electrician who came out - Thank You! I will recommend this business all day every day!

    Very professional and good quality work. My electric didnt work. One call and they were here in a day. Fixed me right up. Now when I flip my light switch, my lights come on. (And theyre BRIGHT) They even cleaned up their messes. Very polite as well.

    Jared from Williams Electric came by and did such a great job!! I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing help with their electric needs (hope that makes sense lol). He was professional & kind and obviously knows his stuff. After he was finished, he found went above and beyond by locating some screws in his truck and secured our loose breaker panel fascia/door (this was not the reason we had him come out, but a little something that I needed to get to).     Williams electric is amazing! They came out to fix a breaker that kept breaking and did that and walked me through the entire process. While at my house they looked at and replaced an outlet without fuss. I had to call them back out a few weeks later due to sparking from another outlet and the guy came after hours and replaced my remaining outlets and again, walked me through the entire process. They are very professional and polite. I highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future

    Talk about lightning quick service, with shocking efficiency! This female lead family owned establishment provides me with constant service their workers are very respectful, clean, and efficient. My wife and I had been dealing with the recent power outages due to fire, we call them on a whim not sure what to expect, a quick call, and affordable estimate later, next thing I know Im the proud owner of my own generac. The quality of service they provide is top tier. No other company in Butte county has ever really compared since then. Trust me if you want to get some work done, then youve got to go with Williams!     I damaged the power line feed to my house. I was referred to Williams Electric. I contacted Dan and he said he can get me fixed up. He called back and advised he would have a couple employees at my house at 7:30 a.m. the following day. The guys arrived and made repairs to my panel. I strongly recommend Williams Electric Company.Now Im waiting on PG&E to reconnect my service. When I called PG&E I was informed it could be a couple days, but up to five days before I get a call back to schedule a crew.

    Jarrod was on time and did a great job. Tile is definitely difficult to work through but I’m happy with my doorbell and his placement. I learned I was missing a few screws and he went to the hardware store to pick up what I needed.

    Fast response, knowledgeable, professional, and honest.Dan Williams at Williams Electric Company in Oroville quickly and efficiently repaired the damage caused by a fallen tree that pulled down the power box on my house. It was a scary situation for us. Dan came right out and explained what was needed to do the repair right, gave me a very fair estimate, and made the job a priority because we had no power. He even completed the repairs ahead of schedule and a little below the estimate! I couldnt be happier! Dan Williams treated us like family. I highly recommend Williams Electric Company.
