    We had some support come loose that held our solid ducting up against the underside of the floor. Brenden Wixom came out on time and got to work right away and jacked up the solid ducting and repaired and reinforced the loose support. He even made sure the door to under the house was supported properly and not squishing my rose bush when he discovered it had broken. FRA has always been really good to us. I love the fact that they routinely call to remind us a service is due, because I would never remember to get it done!

    July 24, I scheduled regular maintenance be done on my Bryant HVAC. Luis Moreno arrived promptly, started to work and he discovered that the blower was needing to be replaced. Luis had me inspect the proof and asked about ordering a new one. I consulted with family and got an O.K. Luis gave an estimate for replacement after consulting with management. The estimate was $800.00 approximately. Luis called several days later to confirm the order. Luis was knowledgeable, professional and in very uncomfortable high temperature (record highs) did a very good job. On August 14th Brendon Wixom arrived and installed our new blower motor. Brendon Wixom has consistently provided professional, informative and friendly service. Brendons care for the customers satisfaction and comfort makes him a valuable asset to his employer. Also Brendons customers are blessed wherever he works.

    Wow! Timely, Reliable, & Honest.(My favorite qualities about this company) Great service and professionalism from staff and techs from start to finish. My roof top split unit was about 30yrs old and the heater was going out constantly, its 40° at night currently so I needed help fast. Feather River Aire came out and replaced my old unit with an energy-efficient unit and I have no complaints at all. I wish I can give a 100 star review for Feather River Aire.     AC quit working on the hottest day yet of the year (just my luck). One quick call and they sent a young guy named Joe to fix it. He was on time and very professional, not only that but he had my AC working faster than I couldve imagined with parts he had with him on his van (I had expected to have to wait to order parts so this was a very pleasant surprise) all in all a great experience and I know who Im going to ask for the next time I have an issue.

    I had problems with another HVAC Company, to make a long story short they told me it was illegal to work on r22 units and that my air ducts needed a total replacement.     I made an appointment to have our ducts and vents cleaned. Brenden showed up on time and worked effectively and efficiently to get the job done. He did such a good job I even had him clean the dryer vent as well. He got everything cleaned out, made a few suggestions for future maintenance, and kept everything in the home clean while he worked. Once he had left, there was hardly a trace that he had been here.I highly recommend Feather River Aire.

    This company is very responsive and professional. My unit was not working, they came and diagnosed it and gave me a honest feed back. They told me the issue was that a part was no longer being made and I would eventually need a new unit. They were able to give my unit temporary fix. Later my unit really broke down in the hot summer! When my unit broke they came and give me a reasonable price. They were super quick and replace my unit. I called on Thursday and by Monday evening I had a new unit running and cooling my home again. I would definitely use them again.

    Wasnt expecting this ! The Lady made my appointment for the next day on a wall mount thermstat in my home that had failed , the truck pulled up right on time , very nice gentleman tested the unit , replaced it , tested it again and explained usage and off he went , in a half hour !     I recently called Feather River Heating and AIre during the last heat wave we had. I was beside myself as my furnace was making a horrible noise which made the Air conditioner unusable. Never having used them before since we are new home owners I was taking a shot in the dark. Boy was I happy I did. When I called the sweetest gal Ashlie picked up and set an appt. to have it looked at in less than 2 days. Danny (also wonderful) came out to look at our unit and said there were parts that needed to be ordered, well with it being a Friday of a Holiday weekend and having an older unit unfortunately (by no fault of theirs) it took 2 weeks to get the parts in. Here is where the exceptional customer service came in. Ashlie offered to pick up and bring to me at work a portable air con unit to give us some relief. It was a lifesaver. Parts did come in and they scheduled Danny to come back out right away. He was just wonderful did a great job! Will definitely recommend!!!

    I came home to a broken AC unit and a house that was 85-90 degrees. With 2 young children I knew I had to get my system fixed immediately. I called Feather River Aire and they were there within a few hours. Mind you this all happened about 6pm. They were able to quickly diagnose and swap out the capacitor. My AC was up and running in less than a half an hour.They are reasonably priced and do amazing work. Knowledgeable and polite. I will be using them to install a small Ac system in our garage conversion at the end of the busy season.I highly recommend them.

    Triple digit heat is pretty common for us in the summer, so when our unit went out in the middle of a week long stretch it was unbearable! We called Feather River Aire and they were able to put us on their schedule for the following day. After a thorough assessment the tech was able to figure the problem out and was very upfront with the estimate and options. Luckily we didnt need to replace the unit, which is a sigh of relief but we were also grateful for an honest company that didnt try to take advantage of our situation. We will be lifelong customers!

They came out to fix my unit a few years ago and said it could of been almost $500 but instead of just charging me that the tech said that one part was still in great shape didn’t charge me for it and got it done in a timely manner.     I have used Feather River Aire for over 10 years and have had five AC systems installed. One time, and one time only, I used another company to do some work and I will never make that mistake again. I have had the following work completed by Feather River Aire:1) New construction with duct work.2) Replacement of old system and duct work3) mini-split system for a converted garage4) 2 split system attic replacements; big, difficult jobsAfter all the construction I have done on my homes over the years, the only constant contractor I used was Feather River Aire. I have watched this company grow from Jason as a one man show to now, where the staff continues the pattern of great service. I will use them again, but since they have done all the work, I never need to call for repairs. Do not look for another HVAC company, Feather River is all you will ever need.

    This company has seviced both my AC Unit snd my furnace over the past several years. I had an emergency during a summer heat spell, and they came off hours so that I would have air conditioning. They didnt charge any extra service fee and had it fixed by that weekend evening. I also had a furnace problem that was diagnosed after trying everything. The owner came up and said they would find it and talked with the tech and brainstormed, while st the same time letting me know that none of it was any extra cost for the time. They fixed the problem, and explained to me what they went through to find it.... all too technical for me,but appreciated. They do yearly service and cleaning of A/C unit, and never try to sell me anything, they actually fixed some tears in ducting and did not charge. I was given advice that my current unit was going to be working hard after an add-on of 900 square feet, and again no scare tactic no trying to sell anything, but rather informational with advice on how to be more efficient. I believe that anyone who bad mouths this company has some other motives, you just dont find service companies with this much professional integrity in any industry.

    Our family would like to give a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Jason Nyberg and the crew at Feather River Heating & Air for putting in a beautiful new HVAC system in our house today! They used the existing ducting system from our 30 year old heater with some upgrades, and sealed up the nasty swamp cooler vent system. Now we have clean, fresh, ❄️COOL❄️ air flowing through our house. All that done in about 8 hrs! This will be a great upgrade for our son Jeremiah’s asthma and my hubby Larry’s COPD.
