    We just purchased a Brite Future home with Brite Homes. We purchased it with confident and didnt see the house until final walk through. We loved the open floor plan. Their energy efficient is good as it advertised. The home from outside looks luxurious. We just finished the home and Wow. We will be using as our vacation home in Palm Bay FL. Highly recommending check them out.

    I want to start off by saying that it was not easy dealing with the people from Brite Homes. The construction manager James was terrible the seller from Brite Homes Alex that dealt with my realtor was terrible. They were just trying to get the sale and had no concern for any the unfinished work and damages in a brand-new home. It was MELANIE KLEMENTS - PRODUCTION COORDINATOR from the warranty department that was my ANGEL from above that has helped me immensely. She definitely deserves recognition for the work she has done for me in getting people out here to fix a lot of things that got left undone. And people like James - construction manager and Alex seller from Brite homes had no care in the world and no care to help me. Basically, told me deal with it. Didnt know this is how Brite Homes did business. I am a first-time buyer, and this was definitely the worse experience I have ever had buying a home. Would never buy from Brite Homes again but would HIRE MELANIE KLEMENTS to run any business of mine. She is dedicated to making sure everything gets done right and also in a timely fashion. I know people in her department get overlooked because they are behind the scenes, but they are the ones that deserve the recognition for the HARD WORK that they do that people dont see. I wish I would have the opportunity to talk to MELANIES boss because I would let him know how much of a hard dedicated worker she is and I hope they recognize her for her hard work and dedication to making the buyer feel at ease when things dont get done right the first time around and she has to make all these calls to get people out to the house to make sure that things get fixed. I dont know what I would have done if I hadnt run into MELANIE KLEMENTS. I would definitely be lost somewhere in Palm Coast but like I said before and will say it again SHE WAS MY SAVING ANGEL FROM THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. She is the only reason why I love my new home so much. She worked super hard to make things right and make my home look the way it should have looked at delivery. SHE IS ALL TIME SUPERSTAR. I hope this review reaches her bosses and they recognize her for her hard work. SHE DESERVES A RAISE............. RAISE FOR MELANIE KLEMENTS !!!!

    Best experience working with Julie. We had a smooth transaction, closing was exciting as we did our walk through and we couldnt be happier in our new Brite Home. His depth of knowledge, his persuasive nature, positive attitude and willingness to go out of his way to help Realtors and clients alike are top notch!! I like him and Brite Homes so much I invited him to come to our brokerage to speak about the builder and persuaded almost all of them to take a tour of the houses and put Brite Homes at the top of the list of new home builders for our clients!! The homes are beautiful, well built and I love the attention to detail. For the price, I think Brite builds some of the best homes in central Florida.

Jay was also really great in scheduling for items to be fixed and touched up during the process and was easy to work with. As a premier agent in the area, we enjoyed our experience overall with those two individuals and can only recommend Brite Homes pair with a local title company to give the entire process a true 5 star experience. As a local builder selling local homes - using local providers is most effective for the process and could have alleviated many hours spent on back and forth processes adding stress to our client, staff & communications in general.     I have sold 2 Brite Homes . As a Realtor, I have great confidence that i did my due diligence in recommending Brite Homes to my customers. The builder shows pride in the quality of their constructions, materials and features that are standard to Brite house but an upgrade to other builders(tiles, quartz , sprinkler system, seamless gutter, high end appliances, so many to enumerate). The team starting with Julie Long, Brite Homes agent is accessible and great in communication. She is efficient at responding to all my inquiries . The field manager Ric is outstanding . Matt, the supervisor helped my buyers with the walk through . He was very thorough and patient with my first time homebuyers. He made sure that the check list is addressed .The Brite Home team is sincere and cares about their product and people.

    Jay, our construction manager, is worth the 5 stars by himself. Exceptional commitment to quality throughout the house and in fixing any issues along the way. Jay was great about answering our questions and making sure no corners were cut during the process.We did have some communication issues with the office people at times, but we got a great house and that is the thing you have long-term. We are very happy with our purchase!
