I highly recommend Derwin Ferguson for any home improvement projects. Derwin was punctual, honest, and made sure that everything we wanted for our bathroom remodel was done right. What I really appreciated was that he always involved me in the decision process for any uncertain areas. Any time we had some concerns/ questions he made a great effort to clearly explain our options and double check before proceeding how we wanted. He also has a network of other specialists like plumbers that he does a great job communicating with to ensure the work gets done right. I would highly recommend him for just about any project!

I had a long list of small to large home repairs that I needed to have completed before a major remodeling project. Derwin and Rob gave me two full days and completed all repairs. They were very professional, on time and affordable. Highly recommend their services.

Derwin replaced 2 exterior doors along with painting and hardware replacement, and replaced 2 exterior lights. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and fair in pricing. No hidden costs. Came to do the job when he said he would and got it done. Would hire him again in a minute.

Mr. Ferguson and his crew have been very professional in all of our dealings. They are meticulous in the way they paint. I’ve had painters that just mop on cheap paint that starts to peel after a year. Ferguson cleans and primes first and after several years I still just have them pressure wash once a year and looks as good as when it was first painted. No drips on my sign or windows, everything was taped up nice and neat. When the job was done they cleaned up and left it cleaner than when they started. I’ve referred Ferguson to my friends and family and they are glad I did.

Derwin and his team do a fantastic job. Easy to work with and schedule. Was able to source (not at Home Depot or Lowe’s) and install soffit panels that matched our 20 year old house after a storm. Fair price. Quality work.

Derwin Ferguson and his team have been absolutely amazing throughout the renovation of our new home. Derwin makes sure that we know everything he’s working on and why, what may need repair that we weren’t aware of and what options we have that we wouldn’t necessarily know about. He also works with the other contractors to make everyone is aligned and working towards the best outcomes. His attention to detail and quality of work have been exceptional. Even our neighbors stop him to inquire about his work, they are impressed with the quality. Derwin and his team work with integrity, respect and quality, not to mention his overall friendly and jovial personality. We look forward to continuing to work with Derwin on any new projects that may come up.
